  MUY BUENA EXPERIENCIA

  La experiencia fue buena y fue mejorando a lo largo de la estancia. Visité el hotel en Junio 2020 con mi pareja y unos amigos. El hotel no se encuentra muy lejos de Varna, el camino ofrece unas buenas vistas pero el último km hasta el hotel es bastante desconcertante, lo bueno es que una vez en el hotel las vistas son maravillosas. Cuando llegamos al hotel el personal de recepción y de la cafetería fueron muy amables mientras esperábamos por la habitación. Tomamos un café a media mañana y después fuimos a la habitación. La decoración no era de mi estilo pero no estaba mal. La habitación era enorme y tenía una gran terraza con vistas al acantilado y a una piscina "infinita". No nadamos pero estuvimos un rato en la terraza de la psicina y las vistas eran increíbles y socorrista fue muy simpático. La comida estaba incluida y fue fantástica. El buffet era variado y la comida deliciosa. Me sorprendió las medidas y organización que tenían por el COVID. Enhorabuena al encargado. Estuvimos poco tiempo y no nos dió tiempo a disfrutar de todas las actividades que ofrecen, pero sin duda volveremos.

  No expectations

  Hello. Topola Skies Resort & Aquapark was a last minuny choice, looks very nice, clean and spacious place , so decided to go. Firs day , no parking place , long ditance to go to hotel under the hot sun. A lot o people at reception, no social distances, and surprise ( bad one) no lunch for that first day even if we ha all inclusive. Anyway, we looked for a reatorant, another surprise, no restorant. So we must eat at dinner. Our son try to take a snack at 15:30 but it was just a peace of cake so ,, Room was clean, sofa was uncomfortable for my kid, clean towels. A lot of nice and clean pools, but very crowded people around. Than , at restorant was no social dostance at all. No hand sanitary at restorant inside, just when you enter. A lot of people at the restorant very close to each other, and no supervising. People don't take care of pandemic situatioen and no one from the reatorant was taking care to this situation. Food was good. You cand get a lot to eat. Bavarage was very bad quality, coffee was no tasty. So, for me was not very kind experience. Never going again back.

  Good and no so good

  We are still here in holiday (27 -31aug), place is nice, reception wasnt so good organised at check-in, just because 2 guys blocked all the reception with simultanios checks-in for 10 We are stilul here in Holiday, place is Nice, reception wasnt so good organised at chech in just because 2 guys blocked all the reception with simultanios checks in for 10 rooms and we had to wait for more than half a hour in line (the hotel has to make a rule here). We have a double room sea view, in the reception bulding, pool View also. The room îs very big, larg bed, sofa for our kid, bathroom big enough, clean room. The Aquapark is free for hotel guests, but You cant enter with food or drinks,If You need You can buy from Aquapark bar. The hotel pools are ok, enough bedchairs but no towels here. The big surprinse and this is not good, is the big line for restaurant meals, and If You came with 15' before closing time, after closing time people from restaurant start to clean and stop serving. We never had this experince EVER, to came to eat at ending hours (after we staied in line for more than 20min with mask on) and the staff to stop serving drinks and food. We wanted to have another tonic water, but the dosator mashine had been swicth off after 21:05. This is a big shame for the hotel management, maybe they note this and make a change fast. If You want to go to the beach, You should know is not simple to go by foot, is easy to walk down, but climbing up is really intense and gard even for an adult. The beach is small but very Nice. At pool bar, we had cola and tonic water, white wine,some votka,the beer is not so good, the free coffee is bad indeed, if You want something better, You have to pay at lounge bar. The food is acceptabile, for covid period the staff here will serve You behind plastic panels. The restaurant personal seems a little bit unsmiling and not so friendly,probably they are exostied and se had to sait for more than half a hour in lume (the hotel has to make a rule here). From 28th of august, they opened also the restaurant from 3rd floor, now the line to entrance food court seams to be smaller and only for minutes (a big change in a good sens that hotel management did).

  The perfect place for a short break

  I am living in Varna and I needed a break after a busy month. I looked just for a place not too far away from home where I could relax and do nothing and I think this was the perfect place. A friend of mine was there some months ago and recommended it to me so I decided to give it a try. The hotel was busier than I expected, I thought due to Covid people will travel less although in Bulgaria the impact has been slightly lower. But still, they were not fully booked I think. Anyway, the hotel was kind of full but the experience was very customized. The room was facing the pool and very spacious and you did not hear the noise of the pool so it was perfect. The cliff views are amazing, perfect for relaxing and having a walk around. Then the buffet was superb, I am a huge fan of Bulgarian cuisine and they have some traditional dishes such as filled paprika with rice and minced meat that were topnotch and as well as the salads. Overall a very good experience. Probably I will go back next summer or in spring. We got what we expected good service, calmed area, nice surroundings and fantastic food.   Nice place

  A hotel located on a hill that offers beautiful images of the sea. Large, spacious rooms with air conditioning, refrigerator. The complex has 4 swimming pools, one of which has heated water and a closing system in cold weather. The food and services offered are quality. The only downside is that it is not located on the beach
