  Cheap and cheerful

  Great place for a night sleep over without the expense. Clean room, slept comfortably, 2 beds in one room. Free breakfast but we definitely passed. Just cereal and toast, tea or coffee. If I need another stop over in Perth after a night partying I would stay here again

  A useful place to stay before an early flight

  The room was clean and comfortable with some limited catering facilities. Breakfast was included in the price. It had the normal bathroom requirements. The parking was easy. It is situated very close to the main road. It is possible to walk down to the park along by the river.

  Another one nighter! Close joureney to the airport!

  The location of the room was great -ground. Plenty of available parking spots. I left early in the morning and discovered the gate into parking area was locked so you exist through the reception area which was good security for guests and the safety of your car.The guy at reception was pleasant and helpful. The room was clean and simple but caters for a travellers needs. You receive what you pay for & not everyone can afford over $100 a night & stay elsewhere.The water pressure in the shower was very good with hot water. But unfortunately the mattress was hard to sleep on and the pillows were like bricks. Take your own pillows!

  Grotty

  So ugly, old, horrible, seedy. Needs to be knocked down. Worst bed ever, like an ironing board, shopping trolleys of dirty linen around the property, bathroom not properly cleaned for a long time, "restaurant" a mess of stuff on the floor.

  Poorly run

  This place has the worst customer service Ive come across as all they want is money and the young woman receptionist needs to learn to be courteous , and respectful to guests. That experience made my experience the worst ever check in Ive encountered the receptionist needs to leave she is holding back me and my OS and local friends every recommending this place which is out dated and needs a good revamp The showers are mouldy with cheap everything else.
