  Safe, clean, friendly, family owned and run. Perfect for everyone

  I've spent about 11 months of the past 1.5 years staying at Tonnam. It's run by Ton and Nui who are amazing and like a second family to me. I've never had any problems, I've always felt safe and looked after. The pool is cleaned all the time and room serviced everyday. The bar is great with coffee and other beverages. Nui has always bent over backwards for me. Makes sure I've eaten and always makes sure I'm happy. Oneday my shower broke and Ton had the plumber there within minutes to fix it. People from the western world sometimes have unrealistic expectations of how they expect things to happen, but that's part of Thailand things won't always be perfect but I know ton and nui do their best. Lucky the dog is friendly and always around for a cuddle. This place is tucked away behind a little hedge in soi lookjan and is a great place to stay and great value... Can't wait to get back there xx

  Really nice place.

  I was staying at muay Thai house. Something happened with my reservation and they sent me here. It's really clean. The rooms are nice( AC, good beds, tv, refrigerator, clean bathrooms). I actually like it a little better than Muay Thai house. It's a little off the main rd, but no big deal. I would recommend it.

  Chiangmai holiday

  We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful relaxing time in great surroundings. Yul is a great host and made us feel very much at home. The food was so good we never bothered to eat anywhere else. Although it is out of town it is within cycling distance or a cheap taxi ride (200 baths). Would recommend to anybody.

  Most perfect place to stay off the main road. Everything you need and more. Scooter rental at your doorstep. Plenty of room for parking right outside your room! Rooms are tiled and clean, cable tv and private bathroom. Spacious private room with luxury king bed. Couldnt be better!!

  Walking distance to at least 5 different Muay Thai Gyms.

  This is a great place to stay if you are training Muay Thai Kickboxing. It is in walking distance of Phuket Top Team, Dragon Muay Thai, Tiger Muay Thai, Chokchai Muay Thai, and T&Y Muay Thai. Probably a couple more but those are what I discovered. It is located right across from a restaurant on a street that gets very little traffic. All your necessities like restaurants, convenience stores, fight shops, etc are all within walking distance. Besides all that, the room is cleaned daily, the pool is serviceable, and the staff is really friendly. Rooms are small but clean with your own toilet, bed, dresser, TV, and shower. Also has great air conditioning and free WI-FI. I also had them do my laundry and it came back nicely folded and clean. My only complaint would be that the bed was a little stiff for my liking. But not even close to a deal breaker. Will be back.
