  Breakfast

  It was such a wonderful experience at breakfast. I was served so well by Tanny and I had a great start into the day. The food and service was outstanding!! Tanny helped me to get anything I wanted and helped me to have an enjoyable breakfast with a unique view over the lake.

  Excellent stay in Suzhou

  A small luxurious hide away. Spacious rooms with all expected classy amenities. Warm welcoming and English speaking reception staff. A wonderful selection of western and Chinese breakfast items and caring staff members. Shoutout to Tanny who made the breakfast a blast with her service, smile and can-do attitude.   Luxury hotel

  Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Very nice breakfast with SuZhou wontons made with pork and shepherds purse (classic filling). Has own pool and with access to the larger pool at the crowne plaza next door. Would recommend!

  My husbands birthday in Suzhou

  This was my treat for my husbands 53rd birthday. The hotel itself and the grounds are beautifully designed and conveniently located. There is a huge mall with plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby and a lovely lakeside promenade for walks. The staff were very professional. When I booked I noted that the trip was for my husbands birthday and that evening they delivered a lovely cake for him. He was very pleased. The hotel has a number of restaurants and is connected to the Crowne next door. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Suzhou.

  A luxury experience

  Amazing value for this hotel. We loved our stay as the staff were above and beyond. The service is was amazing and everyone tried their best to help me. Whenever we called for a taxi, it shows up within minutes and the staff would have me sit in the lobby while they waited at the door for its arrival then they informed me. The room is also huge and gorgeous. Its like a residence. Large windows allows ample like during the day (although a bit dark at night). The rain shower was amazing and the shower was beautifully designed where the water drains. Everything about the room was fantastic. There is a nespresso machine with coffee pods and water boiler with a tea set. Theres even a pillow menu with a dozen options! Breakfast includes plenty of options of both western (like deli meats, toast, etc) to Asian options (sushi, dim sum, rice, noodles, congee) and theres even a noodle soup bar. The one disappointment is there gym and pool. The gym is simply 1 treadmill, 1 bike, 1 elliptical that all face the pool and 1 rack of free weights with a bench. Its super tiny. It needs more space and more equipment. Not a real gym. But my stay here was so enjoyable that it was ok. One important thing. The pin on Google Maps is WRONG. Its close, but its slightly southeast on the other side of the street. This property is right next to the water.
