  Very Good Place with a very good price!

  We meet Tonia Hotel by a recommendation of a good friend. It was the best possible choice. Staff very good and friendly Breakfasts very good especially the homemade marmalade! In a very nice and central location. Clean rooms and we have such a good good time!

  Nice hotel

  I stayed at Tonia three nights and had the room above the entrance and the breakfast terrace. I arrived with the boat at 22 o'clock so it was dark. I used the link from Booking.com to Google map. It led me to the neighbour house. As Tonia only has the name high on the wall without light on it the hotel is hard to find. I called Tonia, but he had problems with the phone. Fortunately I met a local lady who told me where to go. The room was nice and clean. The bed was good. The bathroom was small, but ok with me. Large persons might have a problem with it. The balcony was small but nice. The room was cleaned every day which is good - at least get away with the garbage. However, I don't need new towels every day. Many hotels ask the guest to lay dirty towels on the floor when they want clean ones - a good way for the hotel, the guests and the environment. The breakfast was above my expectations. There was slices of cheese and meat, several sorts of jam, cereals, juice, milk, youghurt, honey, coffe, tea, water, bread, fruit, several cakes and biscuits. The only I wished in addition (or instead of some of the cookies/cakes) was dark bread and tomatos/cucumber. The hotel is nice and the location is good - just a short walk to the centre and to both the town beach and Paradise beach. One must expect to hear some noise from the trafic as one of the main roads is not far from the entrance side of the hotel - at least if one likes sleeping with the door open. Less noise for the rooms on the other side of the building I guess.

  Terrible

  Horrible and dirty rooms. Too much noise all day and night. Rooms that are not supposed to be rooms, especially the basement level rooms had no windows at all. You could actually hear and anything said or done from the gusts next door.

  Value for money

  Very closed to the harbor, accessed on foot, close to everything. Not looks like a hotel. Tiny box rooms, looking almost to nowhere, however clean and tidy with daily room service. Decent Breakfast (included in the price) buffet, not too many options but always something good to like and eat. Low prices compared to other hotels in the island.

  Holidays

  Great place to stay. Central location to town and beach. Very helpful and friendly staff. Walking distance to old and new port and beach. Only had 2 nights booked and looked for an extra night on a busy weekend and he managed to shuffle things around to accommodate us. Highly recommend.
