Quiet Neighborhood and Near Train Station. If you want to be away in hustle and bustle of Shibuya and at the same time can visit it anytime then booked at this hotel. We booked twin room at 2nd floor, we love the futon bed and the spacious room, as mostly of hotel room in Japan are small. We even use their washing machine (ask help from the front desk how to operate). But take note that there is no breakfast here but near Family mart, 7-11 and restaurant around the area. So, buying food is not a problem. 5 mins. Walk to Yutenji station and 6 mins train ride to Shibuya. Will definitely booked here again. Highly recommended for family of three.

Perfunctory; seems designed for longer stays; 160cm double bed widthNote: on some booking websites, you will book a "queen" bed, but when you arrive they will only have "double" beds. Don't worry! Their double bed is 160 cm wide which makes it wider than a US queen bed. :) We were only here for one night after our flight into NRT. I do not recommend this hotel for this purpose. It is too far from the airport. That's not really the hotel's fault so much as mine, though. If you are staying for a longer period of time, the room had a washing machine, microwave, fridge, and small stove, which makes it nicer than some hotels for things like having a bowl of cereal with some milk or heating up a convenience store bento. Also, there was a very small table with the ability for two people to sit at it (sort of), which is more than many Japanese hotel rooms have. Small selection of toiletry items near the lobby was also a nice touch. Convenience store close by (near the station).

Love the Yutenji areaWe have stayed at Yutenji before and find this local area is a great place to stay. There are supermarkets and local restaurants there and it is a quiet area and pleasant to walk around. The train station is exceptionally close with quick access directly to Shibuya. You feel like you are living with local Japanese people here . The hotel was great although the room isn't huge is a good size for Japanese hotels and has a washing machine and microwave in the room. There is a free coffee machine in the foyer as well as a section with tea bags and personal accessories to chose from. The rooms were modern looking and very clean and the staff very helpful and friendly. We ate locally and also tried some bento boxes from local stores and heated them up in the room which was really convenient and cheap. We would definitely recommend staying here.

Simple but nice hotel conviniently located near Yutenji stationNice rooms for long stay guests, washing-machine and small kitchen in every room. The room was relative large to be in Tokyo. No breakfast corner in the hotel, but plenty of places just outside the hotel to eat breakfast or dinner.

Great choice for an affordable extended stay hotelA really great choice in terms of extended stay hotels. The staff is friendly, helpful and very accommodating. Some of the staffs English is limited, but there was always one person on staff with good English, you just needed to find that person. The rooms are clean and comfortable, but small. I think that is the case for any hotel in Tokyo. We got a triple for 3 adults and had 3 double-sized futons. The upside was that we had plenty of sleeping space, the downside was that the futons took up 90% of the room. But for a 2 week trip, it was SO helpful to have a washer-dryer in the room, as well as a kitchenette. Free coffee in the lobby was a very nice benefit. We took 2 side trips to Kyoto and Shanghai, and the staff was great about storing some of our luggage so we didnt need to transport all of our heavy suitcases. The location is terrific, right near the train station and in the nice mostly residential neighborhood of Yutenji. There are lots of restaurants and stores but its not crazy busy like Shibuya. Id highly recommend this for English-speaking travelers.
