  Muy buen hotel.

  Estuvimos durante 15 días y nuestra experiencia fue muy buena, el hotel es muy limpio, comodo, tiene vistas hermosas; todo el personal es amable y busca resolver dudas y ayudarte; las albercas están grandes y limpias. Lo único que no considero muy bueno son los alimentos de su cena bufet en el restaurante que esta en planta baja. Es un hotel muy recomendable para hospedarse.

  Very good family rooms

  Adjoining rooms were great for our family of 5. Good restaurant in the hotel and easy access to Disneyland Disney Sea via the shuttle buses. Staff were very friendly and we could not have asked for more.

  Unassuming charm

  Nice cosy hotel close to Disneyland and even closer to Disneysea. Hotel has free shuttle bus, unique to thus hotel, a mickey mouse theme bus, cant miss it as it is the only such bus serving Maihama Hotel. Rums every 30mins to shuttle guests yo Maihama station to get to Disneyland or Baystation for Disneysea. Was not familiar with the service upon arrival from Tokyo via train. Upon exit from train station, take a flight of stairs down to the bus bay and lookout for the Mickey bus. It will take you directly to the hotel, free. Unbeknownst yo me, I took a cab, 5 mins drive for 2.5kn costs me about $10 USD. Paid for the lesson so learn this for free. :-) Would rate a 3.5 star hotel with 4 star rooms. Room was spacious, bright and cosy. My son loved it with separate bath, wash basin and private business room. View wasnt great for mine and depends on your facing, some have the bay view while I faced a construction site. Saving grace, can see the Disneyland fireworks right from our room. Overall, higgly recommended, only other minor setback was that breakfast so so and staff commamd of english so so too. Otherwise, good value for money. Just ensure you compare prices for the best deal. Arigato.

  Nice Hotel, Good Service

  This hotel was nice, the room was sparkling clean and comfy. Amenities were good. As a Disney Resort partner hotel, the facilities include shuttle bus to Maihama Station and Bayside Station for access to DisneySea and Disneyland. As most hotels in Japan that I learned, it also provides a package delivery service which I found very convenient. As we move from place to place this service made it possible for us to go by train or bus without dragging heavy luggage as we had sent it to the next hotel. It also provides a contactless checkout facility via room TV, so if you don't have anything to settle at the front office you can use this. We did, and found it very easy and convenient.

  enjoyable and comfortable stay near disney

  I travelled with my toddler and pre-schooler and my parents (both 65+). [LOCATION] We wanted a location close to disney and this was perfect. The airport limousine has a stop here so it was easy getting to & from the airport(s). There is also a free shuttle bus to JR maihama station (to disneyland) & monorail bayside station (to disneysea). Maihama Station connects you to other parts of Japan and can directly take you to Tokyo Station which is a main hub especially if you are taking the Shinkansen. There is also a Mall called ISKIPIARI at Maihama Station which has a grocery & food court at the basement, there are also other dining options on the 4th floor including american options like (TGI Fridays) if the kids get tired of Japanese food. We tried the Sukiyaki restaurant on the 4th floor and recommend it. [CHECK-IN] Check-in was organized and the staff was very courteous and polite. They patiently answered all our questions about the hotel, shuttle times, airport limousines, tours, etc. They provided maps and guides and gave us all the information that we needed. Someone also assisted us to our room and explained everything. [ROOM] The Room was big by Japan standards and very clean. The beds were comfortable (and again bigger than usual japanese standards). The bathroom had a separate area for the toilet, shower/bath, sink which made it easier for the entire family to use the bathroom simultaneously. Amenities and Toiletries were provided which is a plus. I particularly loved that they even had a small step stool for the little ones. [GENERAL] There were vending machines on each floor, ice machine, etc. There was a convenience store/florist on the ground floor which was heaven sent for those late night snacks for the kids, a disney store, and a bakery which had some yummy bread. Breakfast buffet is also good with lots of options (japanese, american).
