  Outdated and pricey, but very friendly staff

  This is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Not because I like this hotel but because of convenience. While I like the staff who are very helpful and friendly, the decore and everything else, I suppose, needs an upgrade. For ~$80 for a single room, I expect a bit more... The worst is the bed: soooo freaking hard!! It feels like sleeping on the bottom portion of spring mattress, you know the hard box that spring mattress goes on top of. Also, they gave me only one tiny pillow! I'm used to having at least 2, and if only 1, I usually see an oversized pillow. Over here, one tiny pillow (I requested for another one). Another thing is, there are only 2 towels: 1 hand towel and 1 bath towel. That's it. No wash cloth, no extra. Again, I'm not used to having so less towels. Oh, and no coffee maker in the room. On positives, they offer free in-room WiFi, 1 free small bottled water a day and free green tea packs. All in all, it is an acceptable hotel, but next time, I will opt to stay in a nicer hotel in Tokyo, say in Shinjuku area and spend 30 min. commuting to Tokorozawa via Express train.

  Very small but ok

  For a family of 4 maybe this is not the best place as we had to book 2 rooms. Rooms are very small but the price is good. Tokyo's prices are way too high. This is much more reasonable. It is clean, although there is the carpet.

  Excellent 10 day stay

  Very clean, very accommodating staff. Short way from tokorozawa station which, with the seibu ikebukuro line, can have you in ikebukuro in 20 minutes (with the rapid trains) and subsequently on the yamanote line for all the important sights in Tokyo, Loads of cafes and markets and stores around. Rooms were reasonably priced, and very well put together in terms of cleanliness, style, amenities and so forth.

  Outdated!

  While the staff was very friend and the location of the hotel is convenient, located near shopping and train, the hotel itself is very outdated. The bed was extremely hard and old, stained carpets in the hall and rooms and the hair dryer in the room was just as old, taking 20 minutes to dry my hair. The ac in my room did not work either. The breakfast buffet is very small and limited, no western options. There are not a lot of options in this area, but I doubt I will stay here again as it was just not a pleasant stay for me.

  Convenient Hotel near Tokorozawa station

  This hotel is probably the only hotel near Tokorozawa station_about 6 minutes walk, with adequate parking space. The room is small and tight, but clean. The price for singles is reasonable, but expensive for a couple, since the cost is doubled. It was noisy in the middle of the night with other guests returning from parties.
