  Stay away from here.

  We came in on a Monday. Our first night we ate at the hotel resturant. By the next morning I was puking my guts up from the food. There are no hot water pots or microwaves in the rooms. The hotel had internet problems after we got there and did not tell us until after several complaints. The hotel is clean and the folks are friendly. This is why we give it a 2.

  A Great 1st Stay - Would Return if ever in Ubon again

  We booked via Agoda and booked a Deluxe Double Bed because the Agoda room specifications told us that room came with a Bath tub. On the booking I wrote special request of Bath Tub as specified on booking by Agoda. Of course upon Check In we were told NO Deluxe rooms have Bath tubs - it is an Agoda issue not ours and they always get this issue with Agoda bookings!!! Happy to say that the Hotel upgraded us to a Suite which had a Bath Tub.... We were happy. But this NEEDS TO GET FIXED. Hotel was SO quiet, very private and the rooms finished to a high standard. Ubon Airports runway is right by the hotel, so you do get planes taking off and landing right over head. Lucky it is not a busy airport so maybe 10 landings \ take offs a day. Breakfast was not a buffet style, but we were offered a menu and you could order as much food as you wanted, cooked to order. The Service, cooking and food were 1st class - very impressive, We would stay here again anytime. If you are looking for a Bath Tub - double check you are going to get one BEFORE you book!!!

  Getting a bit dated but a nice option

  I've stayed here a few times in the past few years. On this last trip they were renovating so the hotel had only a few guests. The rooms are clean and nicely appointed but the furnishings are getting a bit dated. There are no lifts so getting your luggage up and down from the parking lot to the 2nd floor can be a slog when it's hot. Despite being in the path of landing jets the interruption is fairly infrequent and so is barely noticeable. I was a bit alarmed to see when looking on Google maps that the hotel is only a stone's throw from the provincial prison.... I like to stay here because of the central location and proximity to cafes, restaurants and massages.

  Nice hotel

  Hotel was SO quiet, very private and the rooms finished to a high standard. Ubon Airports runway is right by the hotel, so you do get planes taking off and landing right over head. The Service, cooking and food were 1st class - very impressive, We would stay here again anytime.

  Very impressive stay

  First of all , Staff are very well coming . they did the check in really quickly. They keep smiling and all staff are so attentive. The most impressive stay . The room is cozy and all you need are well equipped. Even the place has no swimming pool or fitness, you are recommended . And i will definitely come back again. Thank you for all of the impressive service.
