    Nothing like described - bad service, unclean, food terrible

    The Deluxe apartments are right next door to the Tia Maria hotel and share the facilities. The pool and restaurant are not big enough for the amount of people staying at the hotel and apartments. Most of the facilities mentioned do not exist. There is not a casino, nightclub, ironing facilities, and apart from the room photos the others don't match. This was meant to be a first time beach type holiday for my partner due to stress and we left after 2 days as it wasn't helping. Vladimir at reception is the only useful person. The others just stand around and were useless when I tried to get taxi to airport when we left. The food is of poor quality. The queuing system to get food is chaos as the area is too small. We had dirty linen in our rooms and none of the facilities mentioned. I would not recommend this hotel in the slightest. Very disappointed. All rooms are meant to have pool or garden view. We had a view of the main road.

    This is not Deluxe but a sham

    Please take note that when you are offered this accommodation, it is the Tia Maria Hotel. These rooms are in a separate block to the hotel but you must use the facilities such as restaurant, pool and bar. There is no casino, no entertainment, not fantastic views from the balcony, no kids club.....actually if you read the reviews for Tia Maria by anyone other than English, you are in for a big surprise. The nightclub and DJ.....bar music with gangster rap !!!!!! Please please avoid this place like the plague. 3 stars, stolen from another hotel.

    Reviews are fair

    Before I booked I checked the reviews and was worried- but you have to take them with a pinch of salt normally- not in this case. TM Deluxe is basically Tia Maria Hotel. Location not bad 5 min walk to beach. We headed towards hotel Arda as seemed quicker to beach. I think the TM Deluxe is family run hotel and they don't have enough money to provide the service required. Our room wasn't finished, half curtains, shower curtain 2 inches from floor so flooded bathroom. Towel holder off the wall. Towels never changed for whole of our stay. Food was diabolical! 1st night restaurant at 7:15pm (closes at 8) we had gravy, ( advertised as pork stroganoff, no pork ) potatoes and carrots and salad- no meat or fish! Only restocked once all sauce gone. You can tell they penny pinch at this hotel. We paid £400 for 4 nights inc flight, so they probably don't get much money really. We ate out for rest of our stay. If your idea of a posh meal is Iceland Chicken Nuggets or KFC , then you will enjoy the food! The drinks are given in tiny flimsy shot glass type cups, including hot coffee. All sun lounges around pool gone by 8am but not nearly enough anyways. They built extra wing (TM Deluxe) but didn't make pool area bigger. The staff on reception are very friendly , blonde lady on bar ( I think the mum) can be very abrupt. Hotel was clean a few ripped sofas. No entertainment. All inclusive stops at midnight. Snacks from 3-6pm are biscuits and a triangle of buttered bread with a piece of salami on. ( they was not covered at 2pm so was dried up by 3pm ) don't expect snacks like beef burger or hot dog ( that would be classed a main meal in this hotel ) I think they should concentrate on 18-30 type clientele. There was mostly groups of 18-30's and young families. I wouldn't only book this hotel again on room only, but in all honesty I wouldn't go back.

    Nothing Deluxe about this Hotel

    You really need to read people review of this hotel before you book. Having been a seasoned traveller staying in many hotels i am experienced at what a medium-range 3 to 4-star hotel should look like and this hotel is more of a hostel and than a hotel despite being rated at 3to 4 stars. here my experience: I booked to stay here for the Friday and Saturday night, it was described as a deluxe 4-star hotel in my agent's booking. I was due to arrive in the morning of Saturday due to my flight arriving at midnight, so i booked for the Friday night also, so i would not have to wait till 2 pm on Saturday to check-in. I emailed the hotel to advise of my late arrival. My flight was delayed and i arrived at the hotel at 5 am, there was no one on reception, i waited 20 minutes and then called the hotel, it appeared that everyone was sleeping behind the reception and they came to the desk. not a secure hotel as anyone could have walked in and they would not know. The reception staff refused to book me in saying booking for Friday night had closed and that if i wanted to book in for Saturday now i had to pay extra . Despite showing my booking details and that i had already paid , insisting she called her manager, which she was engaged in a text conversation with, eventually she offered to book me in about a further 40 minutes, if I paid the 20 euro express booking in fee . Clearly, this was unacceptable as there was nothing professional express about the service and how express was it to keep me waiting an hour. I refused to pay the 20 euro fee out of principle and then ensued a further conversation with the manager via text message after much debating and my refusal, and some 2 hours after my arrival they agreed to allow me to access the room i have paid for. Bearing in mind the time was gone 7 am now as i had arrived at 5 am and pre-paid for the night. The room was very basic with a hard bed and not in good condition i was unable to lock the door to the room which was a problem, as the room was in the new part of the building with a door directly accessing into a small patio and then the street. i reported the fault door and lock three times, they said they would fix it, but never did after 3 hours of waiting i left the room. I contacted my booking agents who were most helpful and contacted the management of the hotel, who lied to them and told them 1) i had not been charged the 20 euro booking fee, nothing about keeping me waiting 2 hours to access a room i had paid for 2) they said there had been no reports of faulty locks and that if i had reported a lock they would have fixed it . This was a total lie as i had reported it at 7 am, 12.15pm and 3 pm approximately In the end, I left the hotel and booked elsewhere my booking agent was helpful and assisted me despite the shocking poor customer service of the hotel, their blatant lies and lack professionalism. The only good thing I can say about this hotel is it took 4 seconds to check out, i handed them the room key and left. My advised, of the strongest possible nature, is not to book at this hotel,it is really unprofessional run with a deceitful and dishonest management team.

    do not go there!!!!!!

    awful! nothing to eat, dirty, people are not nice! not in the reception, not in the dining room. Bad experience! I have never been in such bad hotel! cheep inviorment. not for kids and families. Be smart and never go there!
