  Warm and friendly hotel

  All the staff, from the reception to the cleaners to the bar staff and waiting staff at dinner were all brillant. Very friendly and welcoming. Even got treated to some singing from the hotel manager as she was changing the menus and entertainment info at reception lol Our room overlooked the Riviera, we had a large bed and the room was very clean and tidy. Plenty of tea and coffee in the room and more could be requested from reception. We stayed B&B with dinner. Breakfast was excellent every morning with a lot of choice, 3 course meal was good in the evening too, I'm a fussy eater but still ate 3 out of 5 nights, shame there wasn't 1 or 2 more choices at dinner but it's understandable. Entertainment was fine, not really my kind of thing but still enjoyed it while having a drink and also relaxing in and outside the Aztec bar. Overall a brillant stay and I'm coming back in a few weeks to get away again..... See you soon.

  Great value break

  Just returned from an enjoyable break. Staff all very friendly and helpful. Lots of facilities including the great swimming pool complex to snooker,pool, bowling, ten pin bowling. Entertainment was obviously limited but varied and good quality. Food was good. Rooms were clean and well supplied. Overall a really good value short break.

  Review of Victoria

  Overall a great place to stay. Very convenient location and good public transport. The facilities are excellent indoor, outdoor swimming pool, beauty hair salon, gym, games room, cafes, bars entertainment. The room was very clean with good sized wardrobe. Have come a few times and keep returning. The only improvement that is required is the rooms and bathrooms are outdated. Refurbishment is required.

  Great break and very COVID safe

  Myself and a friend, both regular local visitors, have just returned from a bit different but enjoyable as usual weekend break at the TLH Victoria hotel, one of the four hotels part of TLH Leisure Resort. The day before our arrival we received a very welcoming, informative and up to date email regarding the full official government guidance procedure at the complex, to keep the resort COVID secure. Full information was given for our room, event of a fire, restaurant and bars, entertainment and all of the Aztec Leisure facilities. Table service was efficient and professional in all areas. All around the complex social distancing markers and a one way system was in operation. Han sanitizer was in all this key parts including restaurants and bars. Aztec games was open as was the Aztec bistro terrace. It was really enjoyable to meet up with the friendly and familiar staff and receiving the same welcome and professionalism TLH are known for. Obviously the health and wellbeing of the guests and staff are very important part of making the whole holiday a safe and happy experience.

  brilliant hotel 1st class

  amazing hotel manergeress kind caring lady a credit to the hotel the staff polite helpful very good with disabled people nothing to much trouble at all food amazing a lot of history in this beautiful hotel.The entertainment brilliant you treated so so well thankyou for everything you all made 3 disabled people very happy at this awful time and covid rules were all kepted tyxxxxxxxxx
