  Maravilloso, principalmente para familias con niños

  Nuestra habitación era cómoda y espaciosa aunque no me gustó la posición de trinchera que ofrecía el balcón (estaba en la fila inferior de habitaciones y el jardín quedaba a 1 metro de altura sobre el piso), las instalaciones son bastante nuevas, la calidad de la comida es alta, y también hay varios restaurantes (aparte del principal) donde es posible degustar platos diferentes. La playa está limpia y confortable. En ese punto el mar es tranquilo, así que invita a pasar mucho tiempo allí. La piscina tenía una temperatura agradable, también era enorme y limpia, el Aqua Park es divertido y seguro. Aún así, uno de los aspectos más importantes (para mí) es la relación con el personal, y eso fue genial, todos eran gente educada, simpáticos y amables (por ej. Serkan Bey en el restaurante Beef Grill Restaurant). Otro punto a destacar es el club de niños "Tini Kids Club", el personal de este servicio era gente estupenda, realmente es el mejor club de niños que he visto hasta ahora. Felicidades por ellos. Bien, por otro lado, los aspectos negativos... Recomiendo encarecidamente no contratar con el servicio de fotografía, primero porque los precios no justifican la calidad de las fotos tomadas, y segundo porque el personal es muy, muy vago, vagos hasta lo increíble (nos fuimos del hotel sin las fotos que ya habiamos pagado!!). Otro aspecto con el que tener cuidado es el servicio de traslado al aeropuerto... cuesta tres veces más del precio habitual de un taxi (una ocurrencia delirante poner ese precio) y por último el servicio de masaje, tuvimos que rechazarlo por el precio, era realmente excesivo, tendriamos que haber solicitado un crédito para poder aceptar el presupuesto que nos dieron. En resumen, un maravilloso lugar para pasar la vacaciones, pero ten cuidado con los servicios ofrecidos.

  Excepcional, increible, maravilloso, me quedo sin adjetivos.

  Me gusta viajar y he pasado por Hilton, Sheraton, Movenpick, Raddison, Barceló, Melia, Riu, ... y he de decir que este hotel es sin duda el mejor en el que he estado. Es un todo incluido increible, todo de primeras marcas, no de grifo, el buffet es inmeenso (hasta sushi en ocasiones), hay de todo lo imaginable, incluso zona infantil con platos de dibujos animados para ellos, la zona de postres es deliciosa, te vienen a traer la bebida, recoger la mesa al irte, el minibar de la habitación está lleno de refrescos, agua, chocolate, ... y está incluido, dan botellas de agua en cualquier sitio, incluso hay armarios frigoríficos cada 50 mts en la zona de playa, todo incluido. Además emula un crucero por lo que hay pastelerías, heladerías, y todo está incluido. En la playa todo son camas balinesas, incluso metidas en el agua, hay escaleras mecánicas para subir a las habitaciones, la animación es excepcional, tiene parque para los niños, restaurantes temáticos, .... La habitación es inmensa, dos camas de 1,50 pegadas, armario con albornoz, caja fuerte, mesa de planchar, costura, para limpiar zapatos, ... de amenitites hay hasta para depilarse, no falta un detalle, la ducha de mampostería, una maravilla, balcón con mesas y sillas de madera. La zona de spa es una maravilla, incluso con zona de zumos exprimidos recién hechos e incluido. La playa es privada, enfrente de una zona de bosque verde, que con el azul del mar y calentita el agua, es lo más parecido al paraíso. Hay zona de alquiler de motos de agua, barcos, ... Los espectáculos son de mucho nivel, los cócteles muy bien preparados, incluso con aperitivos, en la piscina pasan hasta con helados, y es fácil encontrar personal para pedir. No se le puede poner ninguna pega al hotel, salgo que está un poco lejos de bodrum (aunque hay transfer privados e incluso autobus público que en 20 minutos te deja en Bodrum). Para descansar es un hotel excepcional. Los clientes son mayoritariamente de Azerbayán, Bélgica y Turquía (de alto poder adquisitivo) por lo que la tranquilidad está asegurada. Decir que éramos los únicos españoles (incluso no sé si los primeros) y que salvo encontrar uno más cercano a Bodrum con estas características estoy deseando repetir.

  Very disappointing

  The design and architecture of this hotel is an absolute triumph. Rust coloured slatted buildings subtly blend into the lush, verdant hillside, creating a visually appealing backdrop. Some lovely, quirky touches such as the huge, staggered steps up to the beach bar are very impressive and the rooms are well appointed with clean, comfortable beds. The food is generally of a high standard, especially the meal we had in the Italian restaurant which was exceptional. So why did we come away unhappy? * There was ZERO live entertainment. Nothing!! Null! No animation team, no live bands.....not even a solo singer. All we had was 'liveDJshow' for two hours on two nights, featuring Turkish and Russian favourites. Even suffered the ignominy of having the lighting rig and PA dismantled around us on our second last day. Can you at least wait till the guests have gone until you pack away? We paid the same at the end of Oct as was offered for the beginning, but didn't get the same (any!) amenities. All we had was TV football with Turkish commentary. * Attitude. It was end of season so the staff generally were in wind-down mode. There were some notable exceptions (Irish bar barmaid) but was mostly poor and surly service, with lots of mistakes. Worst culprit was the old woman working at the toast station. Refused to toast my bread, even though I had been directed there - apparently a toast station is for toasties only! Also refused to give the newly delivered pancakes until the cold ones were finished. Had to order 5 pancakes in order to get 2 hot ones. Pathetic and absolutely in the wrong job. Whilst in the omelette queue, staff twice arrived and ordered in front of us. Assumed it was for guests but turns out it was for themselves. * Which leads to the food temperature. Which was uniformly cold, apart from the 'show-cooking items' such as borek (two types) and freshly cooked eggs. * The general design was fantastic but major error in deciding the location of the show theatre. Bang in from of the main restaurant so your view consisted of scaffold trusses and white roof tarpaulin whilst dining. Should have been placed unobtrusively round the corner, at the water slides. * They seemed to only have one tape of music in the main restaurant which consisted of smooth jazz versions of '80's classics". So had Careless Whisper, Lady Marmalade and Woman in Love ON REPEAT! We heard it at every breakfast, plus lunch and dinner. Can still hear it ringing round my head two weeks after! * We had a sea view room, and technically, it was. To paraphrase Fawlty Towers, "it was the bit between the hill and the bloody great building directly in front of the balcony"! See photo! * Pettiness. There were no adults-only areas, so the screaming Russian brats were running amok everywhere, including the pier. As the paid pavilions were closed and furniture had been removed, took our sunbeds there (as did another trio) and had a peaceful few hours....until we were asked to move, " as the manager said so". We were also one of 7 people at the beginning of the 'liveDJshow' and selected a seat that had a small sign on the table offering a dried fruit and nuts plate for 75. Thought nothing of it until we were asked to move as the paid items indicated the supposed VIP area. VIP area for 7 people?! Embarrassing. * Stock - advertised 6 types of flavoured coffees...but only had two of them available. It's only syrup - it would still keep by next May! So overall, really disliked it and couldn't wait to leave. Thankfully, leaving meant moving to Lujo next door for a few nights....where the difference was staggering.

  Good location & Infrastructure - Bad service

  We were at this hotel for 4 nights in October 2020 (~900 or ~225/night for 2 people for a superior sea view room all inclusive). While the bedroom and the facilities are great, the service overall was often quite unsatisfactory. Hotel & Facilities : The hotel is located on a hillside dominating a creek. The surroundings are green with a beautiful view on the opposite bank and the sea. The room was clean, spacious with a beautiful view and all hotel facilities cover this hillside up to the beach. The hotel boasts 4 "à la carte restaurants" in addition to the main restaurant board. The beach is magnificent with lots of "beach lounges" for 2 people providing comfort and a certain amount of privacy. Restaurants and food: Only 1 of the "à la carte" restaurants was open (Pascarella - which is also the one restaurant you can get food at between 4 and 7 pm). Getting a reservation was very difficult and the food was really tasteless. We will remember it for the first tasteless pasta & pizza of our lives! In addition, they sold prosecco bottles for....90 at dinner which would have been fine with adequate fine food but just shameless in these conditions. The buffet in the main restaurant was "ok", especially for breakfast but really far from great. Caprice patisserie was the real good surprise with mainly sweet food offerings throughout the evening and a magnificent style and view). Services: this is probably the worst problem of this hotel. Many individual waiters are nice. But some are not. We did not feel like we were welcomed guests. For instance when asking for a reservation at the restaurant the answer was simply "it's fully booked". We had to ask "well, is there a waiting list"? Another example is the frequent cases where we arrived at breakfast and sat down without any waiter coming to us to clean the table, take coffee orders etc. It is not for the lack of waiters or their willingness to serve, just bad management (e.g. 6 waiters waiting by the bar for their orders). Same thing when going to the beach, you are on your own to find your spot, clean it and put your stuff in it. The only time when the presence of staff was strongly felt was when checkout time arrived and we had the reception call us every 5 minutes to urge us to vacate our room. Needless to mention, we ourselves had gotten it late and they have no "waiting" rooms

  5* ALL THE WAY

  Myself and my wife spent 2 weeks here in mid October during the pandemic and all I can say is it was pure heaven. We normally go to the Canary Islands but because of the 2 week quarantine we change to turkey. I can honestly say we will never be back in Spain after visiting turkey. Not at all like we imagined. Its definitely the people that make this country so great. From the food to the service was just excellent Everywhere was so clean and all the staff wore there masks all the time. A special thank you to Nureen and Yunuz (hope Ive spelt those correctly. Both staff went above and beyond. We had a side view sea room which was cleaned daily and the mini bar was always stocked up each day. No problems with the hot water in the evening that you can sometimes fine in resorts. The food was astounding, the main restaurant which we are in most evening had such a fresh variety of everything you could want. My wife is an extremely picky eater and always had something she wanted. They even cooked her her own pasta on request and she wasnt too keen on the sauce. The beach bar for me was awesome, any cocktail you wanted delivered to your table with all premium brands. There was even fridges on the beach for water and soft drinks for the kids so they didnt have to go up to the bar. It served ice cream and fruits in the afternoon too. It makes me wonder if some of the negative reviews even stayed in this place as we couldnt fault it. Thank you to everyone that made our holiday so special and we hope to see you next year
