  Was ok, service at the desired level The furniture is a bit old but well cleaned Situation is perfect just across the Mall of the Emirates where you do all your shopping and have connection tu bus metro and taxi. Thank you for the hospitality

  "Friendly Staff"

  I stayed here for a number of days and the place was the best for me. The staff are very friendly especially Robert the bell boy ,the guy is always smiley ,humble and polite. With my family, he was always willing to help and his services are excellent due to communication . Whenever, we made a request, the night shift bell boy was always available and in time. Thanks to Madam Angelina the receptionist and hope to meet you in our next stay. These people made my family stay colourful and the best. Keep up Robert and Angelina. We miss you. :-).

  VERY GOOD SERVICES

  I like the hotel location,shopping centers are near to the apartments which is much better . In terms of service ,i noticed an improvement .Though i checked in at night,the bell man by the name Robert arrived in time to help as to transfer my luggage. I smiled at the entrance compared to the last time that i took the luggage i myself to my room. At the Reception,there was no delay as served by Ahmed Ali. I really appreciate for i waited less than ten minutes for the delivery of the luggage as well. Thanks to the management for such an extra effort .Still during my check out ,night shift bell man made my travel hopeful by stopping a taxi for me,opening the door and finally waving a goodbye with a smile. I look forward for another stay at opal.

  Just Ok!

  We stayed in 2 bedroom apartment (# 602) for a couple of days, the only issue we faced was the aircon was not cooling enough into the second bedroom only. On request, they have changed our room (#202) but the same problem cooling problem we faced. The technical staff tried to fix it but till the end of our day, the cooling was not enough to have a good sleep. The living area and master bedroom were cooling Ok. Overall staff is very cooperative, friendly and ready to help. The location is near to Mall of Emirates. Free WiFi and Parking space are available.

  Amazing service

  This was my second visit to time opal it's very peaceful n homely place with all required facilities as restaurants malls metro n all r near apart from that an amazing service from the girl in reception Ms. Ashmita who is smart helpful n so polite I always saw her with charming smile in my entire stay. My booking was 3 days but due to some emergency I need to check out early so I call reception bt she told me some charge will be there and I need to contact travel agent is got angry and talk rude to her she rew5me to come reception then she explained so politely I asked too many questions but she wasn't angry explaining to me step by step and helped to contact travel agent is was so amazed I didn't expect this much good service after she arranged taxi for me and wished for my journey I would like to tell thank you ashmita and u equally beautiful from your heart as much as you r beautiful and for sure I recommend to all people willing to stay in dubai nothing can be best than time opal for your stay i will definitely come back to time opal in my every business tour.
