Bad serviceI booked family room with sea view for 4 people before two weeks.but they gave us 2 double rooms which do not have good view.. One room Wash room door lock was not functioning. We had to wait one hour to get the poor breakfast. also it was not enough for 4 people.

Fantastic location but one of the staff just lost his mind one morningThe hotel was nice. My friends and I got a spacious room with a balcony overlooking the ocean. The service was also good. I don't really have negative review for this hotel except for one thing. We were offered breakfast - eggs, toasts, fruit juice, tea, coffee, etc. I very nicely asked for water and one of the staff brought me a glass of water. I requested 2 more glasses for my other 2 friends, then suddenly the staff serving us at the time just went berserk. "WE ONLY SERVE BREAKFAST. IF YOU WANT WATER, GO BUY YOURSELF. WE ONLY SERVE BREAKFAST, YOU UNDERSTAND?" Yes, I wrote that in caps because he literally shouted at us and my friends and I, and other guests sitting nearby, were just stunned. I mean we were offered juice, tea coffee and other stuff for goodness sake so why did 2 glasses of water make him so mad? I could understand the facility didn't offer water, but at least say so nicely. He didn't look like he enjoyed working there since the first day we arrived. What a way to start the day! Other than that, everything seems nice. Other staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Dangerous! Do Not Stay HerePlease if you value your life do not stay here. I was in my room 11 nights into my 13 night paid for stay about to sleep when without any knock I noticed my door handle moving. I jumped up and asked who was there? I was answered by the owners brother Raj (who was due to taxi me to the airport at the end of my stay) so I opened the door to see what he wanted although up to this point all business had been dealt with in the receiption area. He asked me to confirm time I needed to leave for the airport, when I turned to check my flight documents and turned back he was in my room and had closed the door behind him, he then went onto ask if I could pay him up front (8,000sr was the agreed price). I was happy to do so but then he said it would cost 15,000 and said I also owed for the room at which point I said I had paid for my 13 night stay on arrival 11 days prior. I said I will talk to his brother about it in the morning and asked him to leave my room, he refused and begun shouting. At this point feeling trapped I took my phone and called my dad and begun explaining what was happening this clearly rilled him. Feeling very uncomfortable I decided to leave the room and went down to the receiption area. I tried calling my dad again only to realize he had switched of the hotel wifi. He came over to where I was sitting and begun shouting pay me now or get out! I tried to explain again I had paid in full and would speak to his brother (the owner) in the morning this seemed to rill him even more as at this point he starting shouting 'you pay me or I will make bad things for you, you will have your throat cut, you will het raped'. I told him to stop being so aggressive that he is a man and I am a female traveling alone, I attempted to walk out, all be it in my pajamas I just didn't feel safe any longer. At which point he stood between me and the gate, I then asked the security to open the gate but they just looked at me. In the end I had to exit via the beach run to the restaurant next door and request help they then called for a tuk tuk and I went to the police station. There I gave a statement and they escorted me back to Time and Tide to collect my belonging and also helped me to book a safe hotel for the remainder of my stay. When trying to retrieve my belongings the Raj was still shouting and be aggressive in front of the police. Do not stay here.
