  Excelente

  Hemos tenido una averia y el chico del taller nos recomendo este hotel. El servicio ha sido excelente. La chica de la recepción nos dijo donde podemos cenar, nos dejo ultilizar el teléfono de la recepción para avisar el seguro y la familia en el extranjero y nos saco una cuna para nuestro hijo sin gastos extra.Fue muy amable y paciente. El desayuno ha sido variado y fresco. La habitación era limpia y muy comoda

  Surprisingly good little hotel

  Thought it was worth giving this little hotel the thumbs up, an uninspiring exterior was hiding one of the cleanest well kept little hotels I have stayed in, the staff were friendly and nothing was to much trouble, I stayed on a Friday and Saturday night in a group of 32 people we ate the the hotel both evenings and the food was simple but well prepared, Breakfast was excellent with a good selection of cerials, pastries and fruit . This little hotel had free a gym and hdated pool that cost 3euros a day to use.

  Modern hotel on the outskirts of Contrexeville

  Rooms are modern and clean and there is TV. I could not make the wifi work in the room, but was able to make use of the wifi in the seating area between reception and the restaurant. The 20 euro Menu du Terroir offered reasonable value, but the restaurant needs some smartening up, for example the curtains were all over the place and there were persistent flies at the table. The buffet breakfast was generous, but I do not like coffee made in a machine at breakfast and, though this machine made average coffee. For me, a visitor to France for over 60 years, it is essential to have freshly made coffee at breakfast. There is free parking within the hotel grounds.

  Small hotel with Excellent service

  If you're looking for a friendly and modest stop over this is your best bet. The staff really go out of their way to help and please you. We got in late and had nothing to eat and the chef reopened his kitchen for us and cooked a fresh and delicious meal. They made us feel at home and it is exactly what you want after a tiring drive.

  Doors were locked upon arrival

  I traveled over seas and planned to stay in this hotel. I booked and paid for this hotel in advance. Their booking page says to contact if arriving after 10pm. We arrived at 9:15pm and no staff were on site and the doors were locked. We had to drive another hour and half to find another hotel in a foreign country. This hotel refuse to give me back my money or for a hotel room I never stayed in.We even took a picture when arriving at the hotel to prove what time we arrived. Don't book this hotel.
