Relaxing & QuietIf you are looking for a relaxing stay in Bali away from extremely busy sea beaches... then this should be your place... I and my husband spend 2nights here for our first anniversary vacation. I choose this villa thru airasiago a month before. The villa was just beautiful. The villa was surrounded with trees, paddy field, very quite place and yes, far far away from the main road. The villa is in Kerobokan area, almost 15-20minutes from town. Very Peaceful villa with a large private pool we had no one else around at all. Outdoor living and dining area and blissfully air conditioned very large bedroom with tonnes if space. Extremely large well equipped bathroom with large 'rain' shower and a round bath tub that could fit two people in it! :) Fully equipped big kitchen with 8 seated dining table. Staff very kind, attentive and helpful. The pool was amazing. I just loves the trees around the pool and spent many hours swimming and relaxing on the sunbeds and gazebo in our villa, clothing optional :) The outdoor bathroom was also beautiful and very peaceful. There was a little bit of construction noise during the day. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The in villa dinner was not brilliant and a bit overpriced compared to other places just down the road and the breakfast, while adequate, was nothing to write home about. Thoroughly recommend. Good value accommodation for the quality in Bali. We would go back to these villas- very relaxed and quiet.

Homey!Very nice affordable homey villas. Great location, minutes to busy Seminyak area. Yet the place itself is quiet and relaxing. The staffs are really friendly and helpful. You can also find great gourmet cafes around the area.

Outstanding in UmalasWe've been regularly visiting Bali for many years and up to 4 times each year. For the last several years we've stayed at Tumbak Bayuh inland from Pererenan, on a sprawling property that we've loved. For this trip we've wanted to retain the lush gardens, a quiet location but be closer to visit friends in the Petitenget and Kerobokan area. So we took a chance on Villa Tiga Sumudra and Cecilya. First off, all enquiries were handled very efficiently and promptly by Cecilya, always a good start. On arrival it was clear that all the website photos were an exact representation of the villa. In the flesh, it is just as gorgeous as it is in the website photos, perhaps even better. The staff are really attentive and the villa is one of 3 rented by Cecilya in a little gang that is simply the most gorgeous I've encountered in Bali. The villas are part of a cul-de-sac of individual, private villas serviced by a wide, lush tree-lined and covered driveway. This is very different, and far superior, to the normal villa hotel central walkway. Neither do you feel on top of or jammed up against the neighbouring property. Oh, and there is 24 security guarding the gorgeous little cu-de-sac. Before even entering, you know you've found a little piece of paradise. The entry is via traditional wooden gates and immediately over a very well conceived water garden, that adds that extra special touch. Lush tropical palms and gardens are everywhere around the villa giving it a real spacious feel, and especially that the lush, green palms and trees are set against black concrete walls that assist with the feeling of depth. These are all subtly lit at night. Ancient frangipani trees (also lit) provided filtered shade over a good, sized pool that you can enter directly from your bedroom, if you wish. Inside, the pavilion structures are extremely well maintained with high quality furniture and fittings. The kitchen and dining room are inside the larger pavilion so you have a spacious air-conditioned meals, living and kitchen area. A huge outdoor bathroom is one of the best I've seen and the open shower, there's a covered one over the big round bath as well, is surrounded by even more lush greenery and provides a really revitalising shower. Best of all it is super quiet, but walk up the gang about 100m and there's a really good selection of eateries that are off the tourist (and TripAdvisor) map. Special mention to Gong, seriously good food at the upmarket Santai, and Thai Gardens, both only a few metres either side of the Gang. Some of the best icy cold Bintangs at Thai Gardens. Frozen glasses with every icy bottle. Oh, and off menu mango and sticky rice is to die for. There's several good but cheap massage joints and even a massage and acupuncture school that is available to you. And Bali Buda is only a 10 minute walk away or use Grab Taxi, Rp. 10K. Don't miss the Rp. 20K bottled coconut water, the best captured coconut water I've ever tasted. The good sized fridge here is presently loaded with them. This is a brilliant spot, offering convenience and a seriously peaceful but premium atmosphere. We've been so impressed we've already booked to return in 8 weeks and suspect we will be back many more times as well. Thank you Cecilya, you've provided a premium property with tasteful, classy touches and an absolutely first class garden that really makes this villa special. A one word summation .... Outstanding.

Not worth the moneyIt's a very pretty villa but deceiving in many ways. First off there's not enough hot water to even fill the bath not even half way. Secondly it's impossible to lock your doors to keep your stuff safe. There's no telephone so if u have no sim card then your screwed for transportation or food. Security gaurd doesn't speak English so if your unable to find or contact your Butler then your screwed as well. The oven is very dodgy to cook in as u gotta ignite it manually. It's not a very clean villa. There's no room service only takeaway. The toilet doesn't flush. We did find a vcr hooked up to cameras in the back shed so dunno if it's completely safe to be yourselves in your villa. Some power points in the villa don't work.

ParadiseI am amazed by the villa! It is very beautiful and I seriously regret only booking it for two nights. As soon as I walked in I felt like I was in heaven! The villa is spacious, very well decorated and clean. The pool is of perfect size. Wildan-the butler was extremely friendly and kind-always quickly responded to our requests, he even organised fresh petals so I could have a lovely bath in the round bathtub in the bathroom. If you're looking for a perfect place to stay near Kuta then book this villa and you will feel like in paradise.
