  If you dont accept tourist then dont do hotel business!

  We were on our trip and we had a package to stay in here for a night. We are in a big group and we were having our dinner. While we were chatting, and yes .. we had a good chat over the dinner. Some of us were laughing cracking jokes. There were 5 tables of us. So what was the boiling point? As we were trying to finish our dinner.. this one guy (I assumed its the supervisor) told off to our tour guide and asked us to be quite. Like what the?!!! Its not we were shouting to each other or banging the tables!!! Look, if u think that youre doing a FINE DINE COURSE lemme tell you something. Theres nothing exclusive about your dinner, no exclusive environment either and just because we are tourist u can just told off our tour guide to shut up?! We pay for the night in your hotel!! And if you cant deal with such small issues then shut down your hotel. Ive been to many 7stars and they dont do these to other people. The fact that they serves even better services even more exclusive than you!! I totally banned this place. NOT A GOOD PLACE FOR TOURIST!!

  Disappointing pool

  I thought the description of the hotel says that they have a indoor thermal pool. To my disappointment, it's just a mini tiny pool that can fit a person. And they charge 5tl for a cap to go into the pool.

  Nice place to stay

  We stayed 2 families and came from istanbul ... We were stayed 1 night for school holiday.We went Uludag , I.Murad Turbe , Ulu Cami , Kapali Carsi ... Hotel was city center.Hotel has a fittnes center , hamam sauna and free wifi. Just my negative opinion for hotel furniture very old and dirty but breakfast was excellent price higher than outside ... Finally we was happy and excellent staff , polite thanks for good stay ...

  Rooms smell like smoke but breakfast is fantastic!

  Upon arrival, this is an impressive hotel, which is apparently well known for its thermal spa. However, we didnt get to sample those due to the pandemic restrictions on spa services at that time. The rooms are spacious and fairly quiet despite the hotels urban location. However, no matter how nice these are, they are undermined by a poor ventilation system that turns them into ashtray-smelling spaces. We asked to be moved from our first room, where the smoke smell was so strong it gave us a headache. Our next room was ok at first, but when we came back in the evening, we noticed that the bathroom smelled like smoke, so we deduced that the ventilation system was to blame. I would not make a big deal about it, but if the hotel wants to charge its foreign tourists a higher price than local travellers (as it wanted to do with us), then it should up its game and have specific floors for smokers or non-smokers (or divvy areas based on its ventilation system). Also, please ditch the carpet: it hides so many unknowns that it is best not to think of these. This apart, the hotel restaurant serves delicious food. We ate there at night. Its breakfast caters to all tastes (it actually has apples!) and is absolutely scrumptious - probably one of the best I have had in Turkey.

  Hotel lobby is ant

  My hotel lobby is very beautiful because of the old antique fire alarm car and old motorbike park in the lobby. Rooms and service are average but dinner and breakfast are delicious and fresh. Hotel staff are not helpful
