  Still the Jewel of the Rose Granite Coast

  Always a true delight particularly this year, when we got to participate in one of their three 40th anniversary soirées spaced across the year! The gourmet dinner and jazz combo & singer were outstanding! The dining rooms were filled with folks whod been coming here for as many as 37 years. Weve come here for many of the past 20 years. The Jouannys and their charming staff (and Malcomb) always welcome us warmly and make us feel at home. Chef Lanos and his staff continue to provide excellent dishes that are served with charm and aplomb by the dining room staff. Vincent does a wonderful job selecting a wide array of French fromage. The wine list is extensive, with a number of affordable choices (for us old retired folks). The dining rooms are very elegant, with stunning views of the beautiful coast, and the background music is delightful (unlike the cruise ship we had been on earlier on this trip). The breakfast buffet is excellent, as well. The Jouannys continue to invest in the facility, each year adding improvements, large & small. Our room is very comfortable and well-appointed, and the bathroom is always spotless. The area is quite scenic, and Ti al Lannec provides an excellent base from which to explore it. We highly recommend it on demi-pension. By the way, those on demi-pension can chose from the menu du jour or the Menu Plasir, be it entrée, plat or dessert -- and we often do. We particularly like it here in the autumn.

  Utterly lovely

  My room was overlooking the sea with a balcony and there's something old school glamour about the view, the immaculate gardens, the bright coloured flowers, the gentle sound of the waves and the fresh sea air that just makes you feel so happy. Loved the private path down to the beach, sitting in the tranquil garden and the beautiful relaxing rooms. The chef is superb, I had dinner here and scoffed the lot - delicious. The bed was super comfy in a really pretty room. There are so many special touches - the wicker basket in the room with a pair of slippers and towel for the pool and they are happy for you to take it to the beach too. The spa is fabulous, hammam, jacuzzi, pool and 3 consultants. It's the sort of hotel you might arrive at feeling frazzled but leave feeling zen. Seriously good - definitely going back for the hotel, let alone the absolutely fabulous Pink Granite coast and gorgeous countryside.

  Fabulous hotel

  We spent 3 nights at this hotel last week. What a gem! The hotel is elegant and beautifully appointed without being pretentious in any way. The staff are very friendly and helpful and genuinely seem to be happy in their work. Nothing was too much trouble. The food was scrumptious. There is also a beautiful indoor pool. We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and hope to stay there again some time.

  Très charmant -- and wonderful food and staff

  Always a true delight, and well worth the long drive from Paris, which we normally break up with stops in Crépon and/or Cancale. The Jouannys and their team are warm, helpful and very professional; many have been at Ti al Lannec for years and seem like family to us. The food, service, background music, tableware, ambiance, and view in the dining rooms are all excellent. Our room and bath are always very clean and comfortable. Breakfast is also excellent, with a variety of items, all of high quality. Its just a short walk down to the beautiful little bay below, with several scenic areas to explore. And, many small picturesque Breton towns are within a short drive. Weve made it an annual sojourn for many years and will continue. We highly recommend.

  A friendly classy hotel in a great location

  This hotel is on the Brittany coast & the Brittany coast has lovely walks, as well as good beaches. The hotel is perfectly positioned - on the top of a hill, overlooking the sea, & only a short distance from the coast/beach. From the front, the hotel looks like a manor & the furnishings match that look - traditional & elegant. Round the back (seaward side) are lovely grounds - nice & colourful flowers but also plenty of grass where you can sit: tables & chairs & sun loungers, all with sun brollies if needed. There's also a swimming pool & a spa; haven't been to either so can't comment, but certainly the swimming pool seems popular. The service at the hotel is good. You will be nicely welcomed on arrival & looked after for your stay. Meals (breakfast, lunch & dinner) are all good with good service. It's a family run hotel & we always find those the best. We've been several times now & always had an excellent time - lovely location, lovely room (we go for a bedroom with a sea view), lovely friendly family, staff & atmosphere, plus nice meals, especially the evening meal ( the view from the dining room is lovely too).
