  Valentine Weekend away

  It was just magical! . Enjoyed it and will be definitely be back. 10/10 for Management on their attention to detail - there is a lot of effort that went into the weekend. This will be my yearly Valentine weekend.

  Tranquility at its best

  My husband took me to Thulamela for our 10 years anniversary. It was everything I wanted and more. It was quite. peaceful, the bush was so beautiful and they really take care of the gardens and make sure it looks up to standard. The service is awesome, they do what they need to do to keep you happy but also give you that space (your time alone) The staff is super friendly and helpful - thank you Julia, you are definitely a gem and thank you Penny, you have mastered the recipe for success in creating a place for couples to fall in love again. May your place only grow in beauty and abundance xxx

  Anniversary Weekend

  Absolutely Amazing!!! Very Romantic, secluded and the perfect time to spend with the one you LOVE. Food was amazing as always and Penny is always so warm and welcoming. Thank you for a memorable weekend.

  Absolutely amazing service, very clean, lovely breakfast. Peaceful and relaxing. Penny was super amazing and helpful. The staff was helpful. Overall the stay at Thulamela bed and breakfast made our trip amazing

  Our Best Choice EVER

  What an honor it was to be there on our honeymoon ! Penny & her staff were at all times friendly and absolutely helpful where-ever we needed it. This team will bent backwards to keep their guests happy and the breakfasts...boy oh boy...it was Devine ! There are really nothing negative we can say about Thulamela and we will for sure go back there again. At all times they treated us with friendliness, respect and always made you feel at home away from home. Do not let the stairs on the pictures put you down, it is NOT as bad as it looks and we climbed it with ease (I'm not 1 of the fittest or thinnest and my husband has only 10% sight) and they also helped us with our baggage down and up again when we left. We definitely recommend Thulamela for a romantic break away or honeymoon. A special thanks to Penny & Gertie who made 100% sure we are comfortable, happy and got everything we need to make our stay one of the best, we really appreciated it :-)
