Don't go thereThis hotel is the worse hotel I have stayed at! The service was absolutely terrible, and the staff VERY rude! Especially the spa/Turkish hamam, it was the most unprofessional spa I have ever seen! The owner has his poor slaveworkers hidden behind doors (Two young asian girls), so they're only there if he needs them. He beats them, yells at them and threats them in front of the costumers. I told the hotel manager about it, but she obviously didn't care. One of the days we made a "special" reservation (Only women) but as soon as we got undressed and went into the hamam a man came, he quickly went again, and then a moment later another two men came. We went back to a room, and we took our clothes back on. The hamam manager kept on knocking on the door. I said to him that I wanted to get our money back and cancel the reservation. He got furious and started yelling at the Asian girls and took a towel and hit them (They looked terrified) I kept on saying that we wanted our money back, because we had paid for a product we didn't get. He yelled at me and acted very violent, (He almost hit me) but at the end we got our money back. I told the staff in the reception about this episode, and they called the man from the hamam and the hotel manager. They spoke in Turkish, so I didn't know what they talked about. The man went again and the manager said that we got our money back so we shouldn't complain. After that episode all the staff started to point at us and say something I'm Turkish and laugh. (Very rude) If this hotel is 5 stars, my toilet is 10 starts!!!

HorribleI just came back from Turkey and I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. It was quite horrible. I just read a review from Nabila1005 and I can honestly say what she wrote is true. We were on the same tour. Our neighbors smoked inside their bedroom and we had to call the reception 3 times, plus visit them twice personally, in order to get them to do something about it, because you could smell it in the hallways. Plus it wasn't allowed to smoke inside the bedroom. Anyway, we were also missing toilet paper in our room, again, we called the reception 3 times, it took them 3 hours to bring us two rolls of toilet paper. The staff were quite rude and uninformative about almost everything. It wasn't particularly filthy, but not clean either. The beds were quite hard and over used. We asked the reception for an extra blanked, the receptionist noted it down but we never go the extra blanket. Please avoid this hotel.

Buen hotelBuen hotel, situado junto a la playa, dispone de una buena piscina, personal muy atento y amable. Habitaciones confortables con un baño muy espacioso. Por poner un pero esta un poco alejado de la ciudad.

Pretty ok for the priceWe stayed at the Dyadom (now Vera Seagate) hotel for 9 days during the end of April'14. We were a group of 10 friends and looking for a quiet non expensive trip. The price we purchased the package for was quite low given it was out of season and what we got for the money we spent was actually very ok. The hotel is quite basic and does not offer a lot of entertaining activities/options but if you are looking just to spend some time at a pool or on the beach, then Vera is an ok alternative. The rooms are decent, but definitely not 5*. Meals are quite offering (especially the choice of salads and cheese). Drinks are medium quality - known brands have to be paid for. The hotel has a small gym, inside swimming pool, outside pools (pretty nice), 4 water-slides, a beach bar and a bar/disco area. Cleanliness in the rooms is a little sub-standard and we were pretty disappointed by the cleaning lady who apparently just folds your bed sheets together like she has other stuff to attend to if you do not leave a tip for her on the first day you get there (so if you want swans out of your sheets make sure you leave a few dollars/euros for the cleaning lady the first day you get there. Overall we were ok with our vacation - our intention was just to hang out together and not do much, which was what we got, BUT if you are looking for an entertaining vacation, pick another place. The area where the hotel is situated is pretty far from the holiday village and there is not much to do there, but again, if you just want some time off it is a good option when out of season. I have a feeling that this is not the case if the hotel is filled with guests. Additionally, don't expect the staff to speak very well in foreign languages - English, French and German are very poorly spoken, I think Russian is more the foreign language of choice between staff.
