Never again
Vacation in this hotel was not so good experience. Employes in the hotel don't know English, so it is difficult to communicate with them. Then the food it wasn't so good, people were so nasty. Rooms were cleaned every day at the beginning, but last days our room wasn't cleaned almost three days and at the reception employees said to us that there have problems with housceaper. This hotel don't deserve 5 stars.

The WORST and FILTHIEST hotel you could imagine. Should be shut down by authorities!!!
First I want to point out that I love Turkey, the services I have always been provided with, hotels, attitude and all - it all has been excellent so far, until this year. The minute we walked into The THRONE Nilbahir, so called Resort & Spa, 5*****, I felt that smell of unclean. I thought it was just a bad moment. It kept getting worse, though. The hotel is FILTHY. There was that sewage smell in the lobby and all common areas of the hotel, it even kept going in most of the rooms. Our tour agency had booked 4 rooms to accommodate our family only one of them was in a decent, far from good condition, meaning did not smell bad when you entered, but still had fingerprints all over the tiles, entrance door and other surfaces. The other three rooms and bathrooms smelled like mildew, cigarette smoke and sewage and were, by no means in acceptable condition. I dont think that disinfectant had been recently used even in the bathrooms. I can honestly say this is the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed at and I have seen dirty, I am gonna tell you that! All common areas' floors were sticky. Lobby and restaurant bathrooms had fecal matter all over the floors and smelled like the filthiest public bathroom you have ever seen. The rooms have been superficially cleaned between guests. The only thing that looked fresh was bedding and some of the towels, even though you could still see stains on both. So, bedding had been changed but counters were still dusty and had traces of personal items used by previous guests. You could see fingerprints all over the bathroom and entrance door, both inside and outside. It was obvious these have been neither cleaned nor disinfected since the hotel first opened this season. The fact that we only saw one housekeeping cart for the entire duration of our stay and NOBODY cleaning ANYWHERE around the hotel only came to prove all of the above mentioned. Bar area, both restaurant, lobby and pool bar, smelled like sour wine and unclean storage. The entire personnel was unkind and far from professional. Only some of them had basic, VERY basic knowledge of English. Low quality beverages were served, including soda - all bottles kept open at all times. Restaurant manager was rude and treated us like intruders. Things got worse when we took the kids to the pool the pool was covered in black algae both bottom and sides. The pool area smelled like exhausted fumes and sewage. You could tell that the chlorine level was just high enough to prevent water from turning green which is not enough to keep the algae away. This all spoke for bad or NO circulation. During our second stay there (we stayed there for a total of 4 nights 2 upon arrival and 2 before we left for the airport, before and after our trip to beautiful Capadocia) my husband noticed that none of the return lines were working as well as the main drain. Since we have previous experience with pools and he became suspicious he inspected the filtration system which, at that time WASNT working which is BELOW ALL HEALTH STANDARDS and makes it dangerous to both customers and their kids! We saw the pool being vacuumed in the evening using an external vacuum machine which AGAIN, comes to prove that filtration was none or second to none. Whoever knows about pools would know that vacuuming doesnt contribute to have the algae removed. It has been growing there for quite some time. You could also see water damage all over the hotel. To sum up: his hotel needs to be shut down IMMEDIATELY for deep cleaning and disinfection!!! Local authorities HAVE to be alarmed and start the respective procedures to ensure a healthy and germ-free environment for all customers. This is a service we all had to pay for and we were treated as if we have no rights or we received the so called services for free. To all tour agencies: DO NOT agree to sell this hotel to your guests if you care for offering good services and provide a healthy environment for your clients. We just flew back home yesterday and we all have the stomach bug now, right after leaving that horrible place! None of us will be able to go back to work or school for a few days, I assume! I guess we are to be considered lucky that this didnt happen to us in the first couple of days of our stay since it would have ruined our whole trip. To all individual customers who are considering a stay at this hotel: if you dont want to end up sick on your vacation, DO NOT book at this hotel! If you care for your familys health DO NOT book at the THRONE Nilbahir Resort & Spa! Of you are looking for a kind and friendly personnel and a pleasurable stay DO NOT book at this hotel!

The worst hotel I have ever stayed in!!! Shocking!!!
Luckily we had to stay in this hotel for only 2 nights which was the final of our tour to Capadokia, but even that was more than long enough! The hotel is filthy everywhere! We were in a room on the top floor which was constantly filled with smell from the kitchen which was unbearable! The shower cubicle was blocked with hair! Disgusting! The food was inedible! I am not exaggerating! Everything we tried has gone off and probably has been left over from the previous day.Ordered a glass of white wine which wasn't good enough even to dress my salad. The waiter brought me a glass of red-even worse, so I send it back. He tried to please me and brought me a mystery drink that he said it is on the house, but it took 4 of us to work out it was vodka. The smell of vomit is everywhere. That was the first and last time we visited this restaurant! They have 5 stars above their door which is shocking! This hotel should be close down for health & safety reasons and a deep clean!!!

t was a nice experience For us everything is was very good ( usully food is excellent) friedly staff, clean rooms,nice animation,beach is very nice and clean'rooms large and conforttable,thanks a lot For everything.

Nice Holiday, with eco price !!!
Some reviews are written as they gave alot money for an holiday and they couldnt find what they expected ... But the fact is this hotel gives full of confort and good service which you can not take in this price. Rooms are new and big. Beach is clean, snack has a buffet which you dont need to return to the restaurant for lunch. Anfi theatre is cool .. you will be satisfied ..
