  Love Three Tree Point and this B&B!

  My husband & I booked Pennys suite for 2 nights & it was PERFECT for a great getaway- and its in our own neighborhood! We loved feeling treated especially during these COVID times. So clean, dog friendly, quiet and lovely! We could work remotely on the deck and inside, take in the views, and loved the kitchenette to have any dine-in meal we wanted! Penny and Doug are such kind people and we were grateful to book the B&B last minute. 100% recommend!

  What a gem!

  Wow, the views at Three Tree Point B&B are incredible! Its hard to describe in words! On a clear day, you have a 180 view of the Puget Sound, Mt Rainier and the Cascades. The space is perfect for a couple, solo adventurer, or business traveler. Penny was a wonderful host - responsive, generous and so kind. Cant wait to return!

  Peaceful - Relaxing - Beautiful Sunset

  Loved showing up with fresh fruit, baked goods, and a stocked fridge for a relaxing weekend. Penny (the host) was awesome, available, and full of recommendations. She runs this place like a pro. Accommodation's were clean and inviting. My wife and I hade a relaxing, peaceful stay and enjoyed a beautiful view of the water and a couple unbelievable sunsets.

  Wonderful B&B!

  We spent 10 days in Penny and Doug's lovely cottage while we isolated and waited for our covid-19 test results before spending Thanksgiving with my parents in a nearby neighborhood. The views of Mount Rainier, the Olympic Mountains, and the Puget Sound are breathtaking. The cottage is spacious, cozy, and well-equipped. Penny was always available for anything we needed, but at the same time gave us complete privacy. There are several great restaurants and shops nearby for takeout and delivery. Our favorites were Centro Neighborhood Kitchen, Krungthep Thai, Grand Central Bakery, and of course the amazing Bakery Nouveau. We hope to stay again in the future!

  You deserve peace and tranquility.

  Feel enveloped in the most peaceful, loving, paradisal cottage. Not only were the accommodations spectacular: dreamy sheets and duvet, well-stocked fridge and kitchen, bonus washer/dryer, warm, comfortable furnishings (even down to the toilet paper), cozy decor, clean but also the incredible Puget Sound view will take your breath away. Close enough to town with great walking trails. My husband and I agree it is truly one of the best places we have ever stayed so much, so we wished we could never leave and move right in.
