  Great overnight stay :)

  I arrived quite late, as I had been snowed in Mt Cook until early evening, But when I arrived I felt instantly welcome :) Heater had been turned on in my room, so it was nice and cosy for arrival. Bed was very comfortable and had a cosy electric blanket. Bathroom large and was great being able to relax in the bath tub on such a snowy day. View in the morning from the room of lake Tekapo was beautiful! Breakfast was made ready for the time I said I would be awake and it was super yummy! The hosts, Dennis and Joanne, were extremely informative and easy to talk to, so I enjoyed a long breakfast and a good chat :) Thankyou very much for such a lovely stay xx

  Excellent acvomodation

  Really good stay. Room was a good size with everything required on hand. Hosts very helpful and gave useful information. Good location and great patio for star gazing. Breakfast very good. Easy walk into town.

  Perfect spot with friendliest owners

  Lake Tekapo is a magical place. The Three Rivers Lodge is a perfect place to stay for a couple of days. We were welcomed by Dennis and Joanne, who made us feel right at home. The room (great bed) and bathroom (floorheating and excellent shower) are really clean and modern. You can plug in your USB devices in the wall next to your bed. For breakfast you walk through a small corridor into the owner's house, where they serve a good breakfast. Ready to cook eggs the way you want, and eager to talk about anything, we really connected to Dennis and Joanne. Their advise to take the long walk up the moutain was golden. Restaurants are nearby. You can walk (like 15 minutes) or take the car.

  Great accomodation with wonderful view

  We spent two nights at this wonderful place. The view from the terrace onto the lake is just great. In the evening we enjoyed the clear sky and the stars of the Southern hemisphere. The hosts are really friendly and serve an excellent breakfast.

  Lovely Location

  We spent 2 nights at Three Rivers in January. Our room was comfortable with a very nice shower room. Breakfast was good. We learnt our hostess were due to retire at the end of February and think maybe some of their enthusiasm was waning. Great location just a short walk from the main town, beautiful view of the lake.
