  Dirty room experience

  Despite of the old furniture the room service did not clean the room for me before checking in. The toilet was still dirty filled with pee of previous guest. Reception staff at checking in was only concern about the corona declaration and did not guide us on where are the facilities are or restaurant's location. Bad experience so far and can't recommend the place for my enemy

  DISAPPOINTED! NOT A 5 STAR AT ALL!

  ACCOMMODATION - We was not happy with the room they gave us as, first of all it was the first room outside next to the car park so we didn't initially feel safe arriving at midnight. The room was very unprepared with no towels, no extra tissues, no soap, no shower gel or even kettle with tea and coffee supplements. The bathroom toilet was broken when flushing which was very frustrating. NO WIFI IN THE ROOM and bad elsewhere! TERRIBLE!The only great thing about the room was the jacuzzi. 3.5/5 FOOD - The food was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE WITH A CAPITAL T! It wasn't enjoyable to eat at all, most of the time starving for a takeaway instead. Not a lot of food options at all and with the food they did have to offer was very cheap food with no flavour or taste, very poor and tasteless. Breakfast is a shambles! Desert wasn't even a desert at all! There's nothing positive I could say about the food to be honest. 0.5/5 STAFF - Staff are not really friendly, some will just stare at you making you very uncomfortable! Not really helpful at all. Waited for a very long time at the beach bar for food, didn't arrive until an hour later, staff was very rude about it and had favouritism towards other people 2/5 ENTERTAINMENT - We didn't really see any entertainment apart from the beach disco night which was alright but apart from that wasn't that much to offer. During the day there was no mention of banana boat, sailing or other fun activities that they had mention on their travel websites. Deception at its finest! 3/5 CLEANLINESS - Especially with COVID-19 going on the cleanliness is not at a high standard. Beach bed mattress was very dirty, had not been cleaned at all. Swimming pool had lot of dirt around the areas and inside. Mask was not mandatory and social distancing was non existing. 2.5/5 OVERALL - From what I experienced in real life versus what I read about the hotel and pictures, do not correlate at all. Not a 5 star hotel at all! more like a 3 star at most (and I'm even being kind!). Wifi is very bad, at times will not be functioning, so no hope whatsoever. Receptionist not as helpful as they should be. Stay away from the food, might as well go outside for food. The Hotel don't really have much to offer. The only positive things I could say about the hotel is the 24 hours bar service which had alright cocktails and drinks. The jacuzzi is very lovely to have in the room and wide swimming pool and beachfront for views. Overall I would give this experience 2/5. Would not recommend!

  Please dont waste your holiday here, last minute .com you should be ashamed take it off your website ...

  The photos are amazing dont be lured in this isnt one star let alone 5, * its very dirty there was no alcoholic drinks except beer for the first three nights then vodka and syrups its a shambles the rooms are dirty theres no top sheet on the beds and food is a joke we ate out every night ......youve been warned ....

  There is nothing Ultra all inclusive about this hotel...The photos are amazing however dont be enticed Extremely poor hotel needs a lot of work, the non luxury, dirty, hotel with inedible food, The hotel is in need of a major overhaul cleanliness comfort upkeep and everything else that would make it Ultra all Inclusive. Front of house reception desk and overall customer service is none existent throughout the hotel. No WIFI throughout the hotel unless trying to pick up from the neighbouring hotel All staff are constantly on personal phones while working whether thats at the bar where theres no drinks!! cups!! the restaurant where the food is always cold and inedible with cracked crockery the only place half decent in this hotel for food is the snack bar Lastminute.com how on earth can you be advertising this as a 5* COMPLETELY FALSELY ADVERTISED as it is not even a 1* you should Definitely visit and experience what you are advertising as this clearly has not been done as yet, you should be totally ashamed and take it off your website This was Not worth any part of my hard earned money or a birthday trip. This was the only holiday we have had this year due to the current unprecedented times, I would of expected more from last minute, I frequently purchase from your site and this experience has definitely made me rethink from choosing you again for any of my needs.

  The location and beach of the Hotel is beautiful. Unfortunately the service and the food is very very bad.

  The location of the hotel is quite good. The beach is very nice. Unfortunately the service, the food and the whole atmosphere was very very disappointing. Examples: Food was very bad quality, cold and partly old. Once we showed a piece of bread which was like a stone. Sometimes there was no milk. The service was more busy with the mobile phone than with the guest. Also there were signs in the hotel to wear a mask. Most of guests did not wear the mask. Nobody in the hotel controlled that. If we arrived in the hotel there were no control of fever. We have been in Kusadasi in the Charisma Hotel some weeks before. There was a control every time we entered the hotel. But not in that hotel. Nobody took care about the distances during our stay. We went very often to Bodrum to enjoy the food in the harbour. WLAN was not available during our stay in the hotel. A few positiv things: The maid for our room was very helpful and kind. Name was Gökce. The lady on the main desk was quite helpful with some phone calls. One service guy made our day as he always reserved a nice table for dinner for us. However, next time we will not visit this hotel any more and we can not recommend this hotel.
