  Located on a busy road and next to standing water with mosquitos!

  My first clue should have been when none of the local taxi drivers knew where this place was. I was supposed to have been picked up at the airport by their staff. Which never happened. And then the taxi driver took me to the wrong hotel. Because this one is in a bad area and not very many people stay here. There is a sign on all of the doors to the rooms that states: "please close door quickly so that mosquitos don't enter". That's because there is standing water next door where mosquitos breed! The A/C worked and the water was hot in the shower. But very noisy all night long due to it's location on a major road. Never again will I stay here.

  Only good for an early flight check in

  This is listed as a 2 star residence.  A bit overrated in my opinion.  Now don't get me wrong,  the only reason I chose this was, location to Suvarnabhumi airport as I had an early check in on Sunday morning.  I was not expecting Champagne and Caviar but a basic level of service would have gone a long way to giving it at least 2 stars.  Reception - Poor. A desk in the corner of a sitting room.  Check in - Average. This was OK apart from the fact it seemed that the person on reception had not done any sort of training in the job,  still everyone has to start somewhere,  right.  Bell service - Hahahaha!!!! No such thing and as there is no elevator I had to carry our luggage up 4 flights of VERY steep stairs.  Room - Good. Here is the one and only reason I gave this place a star. It is a large room by most standards,  however very poorly furnished and horribly decorated with plain grey walls.  There is an adequate TV,  with an English channel no less.  There is a fridge, where the fridge was positioned did not allow the power cable to reach the socket.  Soon fixed but really not my job. There is a balcony but not for every room. The bathroom is ok with a nice shower stall c/w rainforest shower head.  The sink draiage is poor and you soon end up with a sink full of water if you are not careful.  Worst thing about my room is that it faced the main road.  Said road carries a great deal of heavy traffic 24hrs a day.  I believe our windows must have been paper thin as they did absolutely nothing to mute the noise.  Breakfast - Don't Know. I thought I had booked a room with breakfast included but it seems I did not.  The price was too expensive so we had breakfast at a local Thai restaurant about 15 metres from the hotel front door.

  Great value for the money but

  It was my second time stayed there . it was not smooth as the first time because one staff at the front not very friendly when see my friend came to check in with me she said only allow to stay 30 mins.she didnt plan to stay longer than that anyway and this is not nice for the customer service cause I paid to stay not that free voucher or something. 1.hotel has no lift if you have heavy luggage you would have to carry or tip for bell boy . 2.about the hotel pick up its free for round trip but when I contact them by email the response was I would have to pay150THB if use the free van more than one time and till I checked out...hotel didnt mention that I have to pay more and this is confusing. 3.at the corridor late night for the first time and second stayed there were noisy and I could get a good rest . good location near airport maybe 5 mins and close to market busy road where you can find street food and many thing to eat.

  Not the nicest

  So.. It's close to the airport. That's good. Working aircon. Working, free WIFI.. But... No elevator. No help getting the luggage upstairs (but you can put it in a room to keep if you don't need it during the night). The door is leading outside in the public. It smelled a little like pee whe we came into the room. The sheets has blood spots on them. They are yellow and stained. Dirty walls.

  a surprising find for the price

  We had our flight delayed and needed a last minute booking near the airport, from the outside doesn't look much, the rooms were huge and our family room had 2 double beds, the room was clean and the beds super comfy, they run a 24 hour shuttle service to the airport, they have scheduled ones but as we were a group of 9 they did a special trip for us at 150b per room. There is a 711, a western and Thai restaurants next to the hotel, we had a very yummy dinner, very cheap for thai food. Only downside is the mozzies.
