  you can do better

  surely among the cheapest hotels on had sai kaew, cheap is true in many aspects, though. moldy roof, leaking shower, bedbugs,and cockroaches, on demand cleaning only, no breakfast included. the whole,resort,seemed to be undergoing huge renovation, so at the moment its more ofa construction site than a resort. The staff hardly spoke any english. Avoid.

  Worst stay on Samed

  I visited this resort last weekend with my friends and there was nobody at the reception, had to give them a ring for check in. Very poor service; the room wasn't clean and had ants on the walls and in the fridge. Towels were dirty and had holes in it. The housekeepers did not come clean our rooms the next morning. Never going back!!

  Not worth it

  The room was dirty, also the towels and bed linnen. Even the walls and the bathroom were disgusting. The free wifi was not working. The view in the garden was a view in garden full of waste. The whole area was dirty. We also had bedbugs. And it was too expensive for what we got. We head away after one night. Never again.

  Good to satisfy your basic needs

  We spent two nights here with our two kids, 11 and 6. Its not luxurious in any way but the rooms have been cleaned, the sheets and towels are clean, toilet paper and drinking water is provided. The premises are worn out, but the ac works and beds are comfy. The service is also good. Stay here if you need a place to sleep and shower during your beach holiday. The beach is a minute away. Scooters can be rented next to the reception.

  Filthy, disgusting!!!

  Where to start...cant find right words to describe this horrible place. It looked like that they didnt clean the resort for ages, leaves were everywhere, piles of trash, they didnt even try to hide the mess. In the rooms there were cockroaches and ants crawling, sheets on the bed were stained, and wrinkled as if they were unwashed and reused after previous customers. And im sure they were. Mold was on the walls, trash, leaves and insects on the balcony. Beach is near but nonsuprisingly filthy. Sick cats and their feces were everywhere. Stay away from this place.
