  Friendliest staff ever met

  Amazed at how friendly the owners and staff were. It was the owners birthday and they had a party and invited all the guests , traditional Vietnamese party and more food than you could imagine . We were introduced to all the relatives and made to feel we were part of the family , it made the stay really special . Apon leaving we also got a gift of the hand painted plate and bowl set that is sold every where over here. Hotel was about 30 mins by taxi out of the tourist area but the service made up for that.

  This Hotel is a Gem!!

  I cannot say enough good things about Thiên Ha Hotel and Apartments! The rooms are very nice for the price range and they keep it very clean. The room staff is friendly and very accommodating and although they do not speak much English, they will contact front desk to clarify what you want. The included breakfast is sufficient and offers more than enough to keep you going for the day. The wifi works very well here and I only had one day of wonky internet in the 5 days I have been here. The cable takes a bit to work out, but they will help you if you cant get it. The pool being through a gym is a bit of a task as they ask that you bring your street clothes to change so as not drag water drippings through the building, but that wasnt a big issue. The real kudos for this place is the desk staff! Canh (sp?) is incredibly helpful. I had many issues on my way here and he helped me with each one. From booking the wrong days to missing my flight and having to change dates again. As well he explained to me that the metered taxis were much cheaper to get in and out of town. He would not even accept a tip on my last day as he insisted it was his passion to take care of his guests! The three other young ladies that work the desk are also so kind and they all understand English well. They helped me with directions, booking tours and any other questions I had for them. Although it is a great distance from district 1 you can get a taxi into town through the desk at a cost of around $5-8 CAD if you use the metered taxi. To me, there is no down side to this hotel at all and I would reccomend it to anyone looking for a welcome respite in a very busy city. Should I return to HCMC I will definitely stay here again!   Nice hotel, although quite noisy

  The hotel was nice, the rooms very spacious and clean. The staff was very friendly, although their English wasn't the best. The breakfast was good as long as you are a meat-eater, there wasn't much vegetarian options except for a toast available. The hotel is located close to a very busy street plus the staff was watching the TV in the lounge very loudly at night.

  Good choice!!

  Very nice hotel in Saigon!! Absolutely recommend to stay here! The rooms are large in space and clean! The staff is very helpful and friendly. Beds are super comfortable and the rooms have aircon! Breakfast is good lots of different product from eggs and cereal over fruit and Asian food! Pool and Fitness for free use next door! Great choice we would definitely stay here again!

  Warning to visitors pool not open during tet

  Purchased through agoda in which they claimed the pool was open. No where on agoda does it mention the pool would be closed during their new year celebration. They informed me of this via email after i booked to which i was not able to cancel booking. Picked this hotel specifically for the pool and claimed it was not there fault. Payed the extra for this service and they refuse to offer to any suggestions. They sent me an email claiming i could cancel for free.. But yet on agoda it clearly states i will be charged in full if i cancel. First time in Ho Chi minh and so far very disappointed.
