  Brilliant hotel brilliant staff 5 star

  We stayed here for a week in new part of hotel which was lovely although looking over car park u could still see the sea on balcony. Room changed daily towels included and toiletries. Plus u can get free towels from the spa to use at the pool. You can rent an iron for 10 euros for ur whole trip and get 10 euros back which is handy as we usually take an iron. We hired car from Kelly speedy turtles from airport. English lady who owns this business was so nice we spoke to her from England about hiring 7 seater was £450 all inclusive insurance for wk excellent value with £400 deposit. She even got us a delicious cake for my daughters 18th which was a lovely touch. Back to hotel best all inclusive we have had for ages. Real sausages!! We upgraded from B&b to all inclusive for around £135 for the week. This includes breakfast full & continental breakfast lunch buffet snacks 3.30-6.00 which are like another lunch. Buffet evening meals. Inclusive cocktails are good but u can get an amazing strawberry frozen daiquiri for £5 euro. Lukas and Micheal excellent mixologists and bar managers.Mila on reception really helpful. Zoe was a totally outstanding waitress that was genuinely there to make your stay a brilliant as she could. She went above and beyond to ensure we had drinks and we were happy with meal. Nothing was too much trouble. She had excellent people skills and tried her hardest to understand us and ensure we had a great time. She told us she had been here 8 years which shows the team work here is superb. She showed enormous experience and would make a brilliant hospitality manager as her customer skills were amazing. She would be an asset to any hotel Vlad was really helpful on reception

  Fantastic hotel

  Just returned from a ten night stay here and I couldn't fault the hotel in any way. From my arrival the staff were fantastic, helping me take my luggage to my room, answering any queries and just going above and beyond to be friendly and helpful. Although this is usually an all inclusive hotel, as so few people were staying, the lunchtime buffett was suspended and guests were invited to select from the a la carte menu. Everything I tasted was delicious, at lunchtime and the breakfast and dinner buffets. Even with so few guests the evening entertainment continued and was very enjoyable. The bar staff knew exactly what I wanted before I asked, well done and thank you. Staff in the restaurant went out of their way to be helpful I will definitely return to this friendly, well run hotel.

  Currently staying at this hotel, fabulous place. All the facilities, great food, beautiful views, brilliant staff. In particular Michael on the bar and Alex in the restaurant. This hotel is well worth a visit.

  Amazing

  We stayed at Theo to attend a wedding. The hotel was spotless. Food was great. Staff were brilliant. Couldnt fault the staff - cleaners, reception , bar , Restaurant all went above and beyond to help. There was entertainment while we were there. Mainly a singer which made for a pleasant ambiance while having drinks by the pool bar in the evening. We are returning next year Infact its booked ready for a honeymoon!!! Loved it!!! Thanks.

  Amazing Holiday, Hotel and staff

  So I dont normally leave reviews on hotels but I feel I need to with this one: We arrived around 10:30pm all inclusive with a sea view room we checked in very quickly and was offered a sandwich and a drink in the bar as the restaurant was now closed. The room was very clean and cleaned daily, the view from the room wasnt fantastic as the view was over the car park but you could see the sea and the sunset so no too fussed over that. Our room had air con which was great and worked well, it will take you a night or two to get it to your own preference. Food was ok due to COVID it was a very limited menu but you could always find something to eat we never had a bad meal. During the lunch menu due to not enough guests they didnt offer the buffet menu but you could use the pool bar for a 3 course meal from the set menu which was very nice with a wide range of food on offer for everyone. Now for the best part. The view from the bar and pool was outstanding/amazing you will find yourself sitting in the jacuzzi watching the world go by. There was plenty of sun beds so no need to go down at 5am with your towel. The staff are outstanding. The guys in the bar and restaurant were amazing. Zoe and her sister (red hair) couldnt do more for you. They will walk around the pool area and ask if you would like any more drinks and talk to you about the island and give you tips on where to go. I need to say a massive thank you to all the staff you made our holiday and stay amazing. There is a bus route outside the hotel that will take you to Paphos and Coral Bay inc the beach for just 1.50 there is an amazing bar at the bottom of the hill where you can have a cocktail and a burger while you watch the sun set. Overall will recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a relaxing break away, great hotel, amazing staff and good food and drink. 5 stars from us. See you next time.
