  Great hotel

  The hotel is really good and clean, the food was better than i expected and the animation team was one of the best I ever had there was always something to do and and it wasn't even in the summer I had one of my best trips

  Middle budget hotel

  The biggest advantage - updating the rooms and restoran, furniture is updated too. The location is good, near the sea. Around are a lot of shops. Food is good and tasty, but not big variety. Alkohol drinks are tasty too. Disadvantage - no wi-fi in the rooms, bed-clothes didn't change all week, chlorinated water in the bathroom. If you want discover Crete and will travel a lot of, so this hotel is very good.

  Családbarát hely. Élmény volt, szórakozás volt, pihenés volt, jó hangulat volt, jó kaja volt, jó választás volt! Minden rendben volt! Family-friendly place. It was fun, relaxation, good mood, good food, good choice! Everything was fine!

  Just awful

  Stayed here for 10 days, all inclusive, in July 2019. Good things first: beach in 1 minute walk, clean rooms, air conditioner location is quite good and doesn't blow cold air right into your face when you're in bed, hotel is in kind of center relative to the island so you can reach most of the sites to see from here in a reasonable time. Now the bad things. Beach is close, but rather small, both the land and the sea parts. The water near the beach is very shallow, and if you go farther from the shore so you can really swim and not just stand chest-deep, you're already behind the buoys and risk being run over by a waterjet scooter. The area withing the buoys is small and becomes really crowded on a hot day. Don't be fooled by their website claiming there's Wi-Fi. It only works near the hotel reception and restaurant a few hours per day, and even then is throttled to 120 kbps max. And there are no working power sockets there - so you better buy a hefty mobile data plan before coming here if you need internet access at all. Staff is sometimes being rude, arbitrarily denying some guests from dining at the restaurant (for what they have already paid for!) - First few days everyone seemed to be okay with me going in flip-flops but then they started to quote some rules I haven't signed up for which supposedly dictate them to not allow me to have dinner. At the same time, there were other guests in flip-flops already in the restaurant.

  Girls trip!

  This hotel was not a far ride from the airport. It cost us 20euros in a lovely Mercedes. The hotel was clean, in great shape. Was pleasantly surprised to have a fridge in the room. The food was absolutely delicious. Every day I ate a ridiculous amount of the cheese and tomatoes. There was always something us girls could find to eat. We were not keen on the alcohol selection for the all inclusive. We would go to the market and buy our own wine. The servers however at this resort were super friendly. I remember manos and I wish I could remember the friendly man at the pool bars name. The pool and beach were breathtaking. Bring your own towel if you stay here. Theres a daily fee to use the ones there and ours were very thin and beaten up. Other than that Id definitely stay at this hotel again. Great walking distance to shops and restaurants
