  Hotel moderno con buenas instalaciones,mala playa,malos profesionales, buffets aburridos y repetitivos.Zona tomada por los rusos, ukranianos etc.

  En general, personal del hotel es amable y siempre te sonríe. La habitación tenía un balcón con una vista espectacular de Pattaya, era amplia, cómoda y limpia, pero el baño siento que no lo limpiaban tan bien, ya que había moho. El desayuno bastante rico con gran variedad de opciones. La ubicación también es buena porque se puede desplazar fácilmente desde el hotel a cualquier otro sitio. El hotel es bastante moderno.

  Give it a miss

  Travelled to pattaya with a group of 12 recently. Based off images and reviews we decided to stay at the Zign hotel. Upon check in I noticed the check in staff member could only speak minimal English which is quite a surprise this being my 6th time to Thailand and first time ever experiencing this at a hotel in such a major area. The staff member was lovely however even with her lack of English. Upon going up to our room I noticed the hallways and areas to the room did not have adequate lighting and were not airconditioned and it seemed quite dated in comparison to the lobby, this should have been a sign of things to come. Upon entering the room it looked quite dated and a bit dirty. The room size was okay but upon entering the bathroom was where you really saw how run down and dirty it is in there. Mould everywhere and rusty fittings, there was a smell of mould as well. Please refer to the pictures attached. This is unacceptable and a health hazard. The desk when going to do some work was sticky and obviously not cleaned from the previous guest. Overall the room was gross. Getting in to town was a gamble of 200/300 baht for tuk tuk or taxi. The hotel did not advise if there was any shuttle service to the main town or not (we never found out). The pool areas are okay. The staff at the restaurant towards the bottom pool also lacked in understanding our orders etc. One of the days the bottom pool and beach was closed, there was no notice in the lobby or notice to the guests advising of this closure as I have experienced at other hotels if there is work to be done. We were sitting at the top pool when we noticed a staff member whom had served us previously and requested if we could order some drinks she advised no. We then asked the pool/towel handler and he advised we had to go all the way down to the bottom level to order even though it was closed. This is unacceptable and as the hotel closed the bottom level they should serve guests at the top pool. Overall our stay was okay despite the lack of customer service and the disgusting state of the room. I would not recommend this hotel at all.

  Lack of Service / Good Facilities

  This hotel good nice facilities and a large pool. We have booked the a garden view and paid additional THB 500 for a room facing the beach. Upon our entrance to the lobby there wasn't a warm welcome by the bell boy nor by the front desk, the lady that checked us in (Assistant FO Manager, i couldn't remember name) was very busy! During our check in process she was constantly on the phone about 3-4 times, at the end of the process there was no explanation about the facilities in the hotel at all, i had to questioned everything. They had another group occupied with 250 room nights (group of government institution ) so they didn't really paid attention to leisure guests. Anyhow during our stay we decided to check out the "Zign Beach Restaurant" where we ordered blended mango + lemon juice and fish and chips. Drinks took about 30 minutes and food over 1:15 hrs. to serve, thus the blended lemon juice came as blended coconut juice. As for the service staff attendance you needed to look around until you could get reach of someone On the following day we tried out the gym, a plus for that!!! The service staff there very helpful and well trained! Upon our checked out we requested a late check out by 2 pm, upon 2 pm when we were packing our things the Front Staff called to chase us out due they want to close the floor UNBELIEVEABLE I never experience that in other 5 star hotels! Overall if i would go there again then only because of the facilities such the pool and the gym, but the service is super bad, there are other better hotels where the service is excellent

  Big room, Big pool, private beach

  The room is big with separated living room and bed room, Bathroom has bathtub. Pool is large with 3 separated layer. There is private beach anyhow the sea water is ok but not very clean as surround is city area. Hotel location itself a bit far from Pattaya city which recommended to use own transportation.
