    Fabulous boutique hotel

    What an amazing find this hotel is, sumptuous rooms with large windows yet peaceful and quiet. The staff were amazingly attentive throughout our stay. So many quirky fabulous features too many to mention an absolute must to visit. Encapsulates the quirky English eccentric with impeccable service nothing was too much. It gives the feeling of a private Members Club rather than just being a hotel. The breakfast was a lifesaver after a hard evening partying. We will only be staying here when in London from now onwards just hope it does not become so popular that we are unable to book a room!

    Cool, Comfy and Convenient

    My husband and I stayed one night at this wonderful hotel. The service from start to finish was impeccable. We were greeted by a wonderful friendly and efficient receptionist who then personally escorted us to our very comfortable room. The interior design of the hotel feels traditional yet quirky and classic but comforting. Returning late from a party we stayed up even later drinking in the cosy Townhouse bar where the staff were attentive and the other guests friendly. We thoroughly recommend Zetter!

    Cream tea and cocktails

    We arrived for a cream tea but stayed for cocktails. The cream tea was one of the best Ive had a mixture of the classic Wilhamina ( sandwiches )and Seymour (pastries) with a nice selection of teas. The staff (friendly and knowledgable) were welcoming and put us at ease in the lovely quirky surroundings . After we couldnt resist in tasting some of the highest quality cocktails on offer . A pleasure going and a big thank you to the staff .

    Superb for private dinner

    Went hear for a dinner with c 20 Chairs and CEOs to launch new book. Stunning room with unstuffy and attentive service and excellent food and wine. Room had perfect warm atmosphere on a chilly drizzly night.

    Fabulous service from all the staff and a special thanks to the manager, Alex, who remembered all the little details and could not have done any more to look after us. We will definitely be coming back!
