    Unsurpassed Service

    I gave never met a Hotel Service Supervisor more concerned than Britney. It starts before you even get there. You receive a text inquiring if there is anything they can do to help with your stay. When we got there I met Britney. What a kind person. Put us in a great room. Spotlessly clean. Beautiful view of Lake Washington. We went out to dinner and received another text asking if everything was going well and if we needed anything When we got back we were reminded to raid their pantry. What fun. I honestly don't know what to say except Thanks Britney and Woodmark. Do not let her get away. Sincerely John Grey and Family

    Beautiful place but...

    We went there for anniversary expecting the same service like we have had in the past we didnt expect all the extra service fees that now all of a sudden they charge....100.00 above for fees and taxes! We expected some costs associated with Covid but not $100 a night!!!!

    Wonderful hotel

    Had a meeting to attend and pleased we stayed here. Ali was terrific at check-in. Lots of information. Our room looked out at the lake. Very spacious room. Was able to get a good night's sleep. The hotel grounds were extremely clean. Would love to return during the summer.

    Wow 2 cool

    This place is off the charts for hospitality, ive never had such a great time and omg the view of the lake is 2 die for. Room 411 was our room and it was worth every penny, i suggest raiding the snacks at 10pm and the 2 free glasses of champagne.

    Wonderful stay at the Woodmark Hotel

    My husband and I (and our three little dogs) just had a *wonderful* stay at the Woodmark hotel in Kirkland. The property was lovely! The hotel faces beautiful Lake Washington and its large marina. There are plenty of walking paths in front of the hotel. Our room was perfect. It was suite 301 and it had a lovely view of the lake. The staff was amazing: Brittany helped us to book our accommodations at Le Grand Bistro and she was so knowledgeable and kind. Michelle and Kyra helped us with everything we asked for. Kyra even helped us to get wine at their adjacent restaurant after hours. We would highly recommend the Woodmark Hotel to anyone who is need of rest and relaxation!!
