  Average!

  Average hotel. We had a night party in this place. Food and other services are normal. No sea view rooms. Fully silent place. Friendly staff and this is a one of greatest place to stay in low cost in Panadura, Wadduwa area.

  Nice Quiet Retreat

  Let's get this straight, this is NOT a 5 star hotel so lets look at this realistically. I stayed 4 days and my family spent 12 days at this hotel. Out experience was superb. The staff were friendly, the food and service was great. It was quite and peaceful almost the entire time we were there. The beach is 5min walking distance and is a very peaceful, almost unspoiled. The room was very nice and comfortable. And we even got to see some wildlife in the monkeys and other animals that visit the hotel for a morning feed. Overall a great experience.

  Terrible place

  Don't visit this hotel.Its terrible. There were worms in food.worst service I have ever experienced. I don't suggest this hotel to anyone who wish to stay there.White Heaven is the worst hotel in the area that they are not capable enough to provide clean food for the customers.

  I was there in wedding functions.cheap service with dirt food.there was worms in food.dont book this place.dont wast your money for this place. they don't have enough resources to handle weding functions.lot of people has this bad experience in this place.management talking lot but they will not do anything.

  Worst Experience Ever

  We had a baddest experience at a wedding held at White Haven. The service is zero. At least the table clothes, seat covers and the napkins were not color coordinated. The staff had put purple and silver color seat covers with blue color napkins. Food experience was more worst. A pregnant lady found a worm in her food; so we had to remove one dish from the menu. When we were checking whether the menu was arranged properly ;we found that a few dishes were missing. Then again they had to arrange the buffet and it was too late for the lunch. Even there was no enough dessert plates; there fore the guests had to wait a long time to get dessert plates. Once they got the plates again they had to wait for the spoons. As we noticed there were 6 weddings on that day at the hotel. There was no enough staff. There was only A boy around 20 yrs to serve in our hall for a crowd of 250 people. The dishes were not refilled properly. Most of the people had to miss most of dishes because the staff didnt refill them. We were continuously asking them to refill but they ignored and went out of the hall. They didnt provide finger bowls. There was a hand wash area; but it was not clean at all. There was a water filter in the hall and the water there was not healthy to drink. A bad smell and taste was coming from the water. As mentioned earlier also this is the baddest experience we have ever had in a wedding. We had already paid the full amount even before the wedding; but still the service was horrible and also the food. I recommend everyone not to get White Haven even for a birthday party. You will find a lot of nice places around Wadduwa which are 1000% better than White Haven. A few pictures we took on that day are attached fyi
