  Best service - and the best fitness experience ever!

  Five star service at the Westin Jakarta. I've spent quite a bit of time at the Westin in 2020 and 2021 and I've always had the warmest of welcomes from the full staff who go out of their way to help me. They remember my preferences and go out of their way, from the rooms, to the food, to bringing up my delivery orders. Special thanks to Pak Budi at the gym, who has been helping me on the road to fitness. I have never been healthier in the last five years with him pushing me to really exercise, stretch and build up my cardio. Many thanks Pak! I will come back and I will definitely keep the exercise up!

  The room is superb, complete and comfy. Breakfast has lots of choice & tasty. Staff are helpful and friendly. The meeting room at 67th floor has an amazing view and balcony, but its not soundproof (i think it used to be a cafe), so for the whole day we heard the music from the restaurant next door.

  Lavish staycation

  Staycation at one of the highest hotel in Jakarta was a blast. The hotel itself was a lavish and luxurious. Love the interior and the vibes. I was stay there during pandemic and the protocol was quite good. The pool was limited (though it was a small pool and semi-indoor). And also the hot-tub was closed during pandemic (too bad). What I love about the hotel was the view at the window. You can see most of the building near Rasuna Said area. And the sunset looks magical there Last but not least was the breakfast, due to pandemic it was not a buffet set up, but you just need to order the menu that they already set. And indeed Seasonal Taste is definitely one of the great restaurant in Jakarta. It taste really great!!

  The Highest Five Star Hotel in Jakarta

  The Westin Jakarta is a hotel that is different from other hotels in Jakarta, because it is the tallest hotel in Jakarta. This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel and I am very happy because I got a more spacious room upgrade. The view from the room was amazing! The breakfast menu is delicious, some of the staff are very friendly and helpful, but there are also some staff who are not very friendly for that, in my opinion, their hospitality needs to be improved again.

  Most excellent stay

  This was my second stay at Westin Jakarta, and the first during pandemic. Everything was great, masks were worn well by all staffs, and they try their best to remind all guests to wear their masks. They notice that I had a jacket and provided a standing hanger for me to hang my jacket after sanitizing. Great touch!
