  Nuevo y muy bueno

  El hotel es fantástico y está nuevo o recientemente inaugurado. Las habitaciones son amplias y baño muy cómodo. Nos pareció un exceso los u$s 20 de parking y lis u$s 10 de internet, considerando que el room está a u$s 199. Pero todo excelente.

  Excellent service

  We were traveling across the country with pets and babies in tow, after a long day of traveling it was so nice to be welcomed at the Westin. The front desk greeted us with a smile helped us check in and linked our rewards account. She was knowledgeable about the area and so nice. When we arrived at the room housekeeping promptly brought our pet supplies. The room was immaculate. Very quite and comfortable. Highly recommended. Again as we left in the morning they front desk staff greeted us with enthusiasm straight off the elevator, such a pleasant spot! Ask the holiday decorations were stunning.

  Top hotel in Jackson

  It was a good stay at Westin, Jackson. The location is pretty close to most of the entertainment areas of Jackson. Beside the hotel there is a US courthouse, so it was a pretty safe location. In these Covid times, service is not a priority. But, the front desk is efficient. The hotel has an upscale spa that is pretty busy on the weekends. The hotel is quite a drive from the airport and either rent a car or pay a premium for a a taxi. Parking is not free and there is some parking on the side streets. It seemed safe. Rooms were cleaned properly and bedding seemed fresh. Covid measures seemed to be taken seriously here. Views from the top floor are good and you get to see a good part of Jackson the city.

  Great Team, GM & Director of Rooms

  First-class to all the team, AMAZING friendly and attentive team members. The GM Michael leading by example and being out there for all guests. We have seen him behind the bar and all over the place. Great Leader, Brian Director of rooms standing always at the FO assisting all guests and very insightful. He read the guest's mind and goes the extra mile. Thank you all for such great services during hard times. Keep up the excellent well done JOB!!

  Bryan Billington is the worst manager ever!

  To make a long story short, I was trying to get some clarification from the manager, Bryan Wellington, in regards to valet parking. Apparently, he was not on the mood to do his job of hotel manager and quickly cut me off by telling he didn't want to deal with what I was trying to have a discussion with him about. Am I wrong to think that it is totally a manager's job to deal with any situation that arises? The This Westin location in Jackson MS appears to be a really nice place to lodge in. Unfortunately, I wil not gain that first hand knowledge due to the sheer rude and dismissive attitude of Bryan Wellington. If the lack of common courtesy of guest relations is all that the Westin has to offer to hotel guests of any capacity, I will pass on ever spending money there. To tell a guest to their face that you don't won't to deal with a situation is beyond is beyond rude. It is a sign of a lazy, arrogant, ill-mannered manager who hates his job. I also have to ask the question, if I were not a person of color, would he have talked down to me in such an offensive manner? Do better Bryan Wellington and Westin!!!!
