  la habitacion mas comoda en la que he dormido en un hotel

  es dificil decir que un hotel resulta un lugar agusto para dormir. sin embargo, el hotel westin en huntsville resulto una de las experiencias mas acogedoras. cuenta con una plaza comercial justo en el hotel con las mejores tiendas. puedes encontar de todo tipo de comida cerca

  Good Location!

  The Westin at Bridge Street was where we spent our 30th anniversary. We were supposed to be at Disney, but that's COVIDs fault, not Westin's. The room was nice enough. We had a light bulb out in the bathroom and asked for a new one. The man came and changed both. Everything we asked for was given to us. Being able to be out of our house for the first time since March 2020 (COVID----) was nice. Being able to walk around Bridge Street and being in close proximity to restaurants was great. I will also say that when I walked inside the Westin (the first time and every time) the first thing I noticed was how CLEAN it smelled (and I could smell that through my mask)

  No Room Cleaning abd No Sere

  Stayed in the Hotel for a week, upon getting into the room found empty water bottles on the floor, told the receptionist but nothing was done. After one day of stay when returning to the room found that the room was not clean, when calling the front desk bern told that due to the Covid-19 they are not cleaning the rooms?? So the room was not cleaned for a complete week!! But still charge the full room rate. Ask for towels and shampoos got only shampoo claiming they are short on towels. Its seem that they dont clean the hotel facilities the elevator was constantly floor dirty. The positive point is the hotel location and breakfast that was great.

  Ask about their noise policy before deciding!

  My husband wanted a night quick get-away. After check-in, they told us about their noise policy. THEY HAVE THIS FOR A REASON! While they will send security to address the situation, you are awakened from a deep sleep with noise traveling through the vents. We could hear everything they were saying in the next room. Enough said... We ended up just checking out during the middle of the night. We were pleasantly surprised by the service and food in the restaurant though.

  Alexis is a very professional and a great hostess

  The rooms are great we stayed on the Element side and our hostess Alexis was great. She was always helpful and had a lot of information about the area. My husband has stayed here since November of last year. The only complaint is the washers has been broken for a month now. Many people stay here for business for many weeks at a time. And I know the laundry is an amenity, but it would be nice to have this particular amenity in working order. The inside pool and gym is also a great amenity that is in great working order. Breakfast is great. The ladies that run the breakfast area are always. Friendly and eager to help in any way. Thank you for having great and friendly employees always say hello and also very helpful. They do a great job. But the reason for only 4 stars is because of the laundry ( washing machines 2 of them ) being broken for over a month.
