  Este hotel en este mes , al parecer esta siempre lleno, producto de graduaciones de de los muchachos en las escuelas, son actividades propias de los estados unidos donde la juventud hace su fiesta y rentan las hav. Para pasar la noche, es toda una locura, pero se pasa bien , esta bien situado, s piscina es bajo techo , tiene restaurar, bar , todo bajo un buen servicio.

  Siempre de trabajo

  Es una excelente hotel en el que me quedo cuándo voy de trabajo. El servicio es muy bueno y las habitaciones grandes y muy cómodas. Tiene un shuttle que te puede llevar a cualquier restaurant, tiendas, Mall o a la estación de tren para poder ir al downtown en 45 minutos

  Nice Hotel amidst COVID

  We picked this specific hotel because of the location and the pool. Needed to schedule time at the pool so called front desk and got hung up on over and over. Fortunately, talked to GM, Jeremy, who was able to correct a bad experience. Regina and the gal at MarketPlace were awesome so glad to see it was limited to one bad apple. Thank you, Jeremy and Regina. Ill return because of staff like you!

  Best front desk experience

  I have stayed in Westin hotels many times when I travel. I recently had a unexpected layover in Chicago because of weather. I arrived at O 'hare around 6:00 a.m. and needed a hotel for one night. I choose the Westin Northwest because of Manny, front desk, was the most courteous and understanding than the previous hotels I called. Although he said he could not 100% guarantee I would have a early morning check in he gave me the vote of confidence he would do his best. I took the taxi to the hotel. Manny greeted me with a warm welcome. He was able to get me a room! I was so tired and thankful for his efforts. Again Westin came through for me. It is a beautiful hotel - the best for the weariest traveler. A little bit of kindness goes a long way.

  Hottest Hotel Room Ive Ever Stayed In

  I travel a few nights a week for my job and was extremely excited to see such a great rate for a Westin Hotel. Staff at check in were extremely polite and the hotel is gorgeous. I was given room 938 for the night of December 9, which looked very clean and nice. The thermostat in my room was set at 72 degrees and I cant sleep in a room that warm. Seeing that I could turn the thermostat down to 60, I felt confident that the room would cool off before I fell asleep. The room never did. It was too hot to sleep and the fan and temperature settings on the a/c unit seemed to make no difference. The room was easily ten degrees hotter than the atrium itself right outside the door of my room. The windows are sealed shut so there is no way to let outside air in to help cook the room down. I slept horrible and woke up at 3am and just began my day. The pillows on the bed were way too flat and too soft as well. I am sick and tired of thermostats at hotels being almost for show and not an accurate means of warming/cooling a hotel room. If a customer wants a cooler room, please accommodate that or at least be honest about the thermostat settings. I never understand why air conditioning systems never seem to work in the winter. It may seem unnecessary to have that option but its actually a necessity for hotels as big as this one. If you dont mind sleeping in a room thats pushing 70 degrees at its coolest, this hotel is a great option for you. If you need it a little cooler when youre sleeping like I do, this hotel will probably be too warm for you.
