  Nice Hotel

  Ben there with my wife overweekend. Good: -nice clean room with oceanview -nice pool and workout Average: -staff cant speak any englisch but is very friendly and try to help -cigarette smoke everywhere Bad: -cant swim in ocean -dinner BBQ is very local chinese -no foreigner around and Hotel is away from city

  Nice stay

  Been there 2 Night,nice Hotel with straight beach access,big swimming pool and clean rooms. Goods: -Nice and clean rooms -Daily BBQ onPool side with live music -WesternBreakfast and nice Burger ! Fails: -Far away from everything,when I stay 1 Week,no idea what to do -Staff speaks no Englisch,hard for not Chinese speaking lao wei ^^ Tip: It looks like the Hotel have very low occupancy ,ask you free room upgrade

  Perfect Holidays

  We stayed 2 nights in Westin and we have been really warmly welcomed. The staff around the pool were helpful and nice. Staff in the restaurant are polite and speak a fairly good level of English. The view is stunning and the main pool very cleaned. We will be back for sure.

  Amazing hotel with a gorgeous beach

  Stayed for 11 nights and absolutely enjoyed the hotel, the room, our great bath and balcony with the view and the service. Don't miss a chance to enjoy the gym and spa area (no extra charge for hammam and sauna) as well as the fantastic beach. The free transfer will take you to the monkey island or the bus station. There is the ATM machine inside the hotel and an ABC bank nearby. Few shops are available in 5 minutes walk. Loved this accommodation!

  Beautiful and Relaxing

  We are a couple with 2 small children and stayed for 2 days at the end of our recent tour of the Sanya region. As Marriott Bonvoy Ambassador level guests, we were pre-upgraded to a huge corner suite on high floor with impressive views over the ocean, especially at sunset. Location -- This resort is just over an hour from the airport along a smooth highway, at the next bay after the busier ones of Yalong and Haitang. The stunning beach is wide and clean, and the waves are more gentle here. Facilities -- Lots of landscaped parks/gardens with easy paths for quiet walks. The lovely blue swimming pools have a variety of surprising features, including an infinity waterfall and a pair of long elevated water slides (hidden amongst the trees) which finish in a lagoon with winding river, connecting also to a wavepool. Every angle offers memorable photos with great natural lighting. Service -- The junior staff are generally a little less interactive than we experienced at some other Sanya properties, but we want to give credit to two senior staff who were very professional and engaging: First, Lisa Li, the Guest Service Manager, who has a delightful personality and is very efficient and effective at making good things happen. Second, Antony Wang, the Executive Chef, who went above and beyond to personally take care of us throughout our stay, including a delicious gourmet meal he hand-crafted with an amazingly tasty goat dish.
