  Nada bueno

  Las habitaciones del hotel dan a una terraza con gente tomando cervezas e impide el sueño, el personal del hotel no se entera de nada y, por tanto, el servicio no puede ser más pésimo. Un caos de hotel en todos los sentidos

  Damp Room

  We have recently stayed at The Wellington. The room we stayed in smelt of dampness and the bathroom had black mould on the ceiling. The only good thing was the breakfast. For the amount we paid for our stayed it was very poor.

  Keep away not worth the money

  Stopped here last night .... where do is start .... ripped off £125 for 2 people !! Would expect something decent for my money but what you get is different. Not a 5 star more like a possible 2 star if that . Please ignore the pictures you see on the website The family rooms are nothing like it !! The beer is the most expensive Ive ever known !! £4.70 a pint Room 5 is discussing smells damp is damp and dirty ... look at my pictures total rip off as I know ,I live in hotels 4 nights a week ... keep away or waste your money the place is a DUMP !!! Rooms are dated and full of damp bathroom is dirty too. After the lockdown you would thought these people wouldve spent a little bit of money and time and paint on this place but oh no still dirty I think that all they want is your money. Keep away if you do not believe me try it for yourself and youll regret it !! Save your money go elsewhere. Oh management are not much Either they are not interested only want your money.

  Best customer service

  They gave friendly service and was very helpful in the morning when we had breakfast. I also lost my AirPods and they took the effort to find out whos AirPods was lost and posted it back to me for free

  Quick stop over before start of Lands End to John O'Groats bike ride

  Very friendly welcoming staff. Couldn't do enough for you. Excellent breakfast which was needed before the start of our journey. Left my jacket there and they posted it back to me free of charge. Top service.
