  De la segunda guerra mundial, como mínimo !!!

  Si esto es un hotel que venga Dios y lo vea!!! Las edredones se van solos a la lavadora de la roña que tienen, el mobiliario de los abuelos de los Alcántara, la TV de antes de la UHF,... El baño alucinante, menudo baño, que cortinas,... No me ducho aquí ni de broma... Las paredes son de bloque de hormigón pintadas de blanca!!!, En fin ni el peor de los hoteles en España. Pensión La Perlita les da mil vueltas!!!

  Overnight stay with Tartan Travel

  The standard of cleanliness was excellent, the regulations regarding Covid 19 were followed to the letter and clearly explained by the manager before we entered the hotel. The staff were very friendly and efficient and nothing was to much bother for them. Every precaution was taken to keep both guests and staff. I have stayed in many hotels the past few years and my stay here was the best in all regards. Sadly my stay was only 1 night but will definitely be back for a longer stay.

  Christmas lunch overnight stay and breakfast

  Enjoyed an excellent Christmas lunch with my friends, the room was beautifully decorated, tables and festive music. The meal was delicious couldnt fault it, service excellent. My room was comfortable and clean and even has a jacuzzi bath. The facilities are excellent with swimming, gym and aerobic classes. After a workout i enjoyed a delicious breakfast freshly prepared. The staff make you feel very welcome and do their very best to accommodate your needs even in this difficult time. Certainly assured of a friendly welcome. Would definitely stay there again.   Never again!

  Stayed here for 2 weeks whilst working, we had a food allowance but used my own money on takeaways as the food was so bad! There was 3 of us and 1 night we ordered and by the time my food came out the kitchen (which was only a plate of chips) the other guys had eaten dinner and gone back to their rooms! The place was full of drunken workers, music playing all night and the smell off cannabis was overwhelming! Im also guessing the beds have been there since the place opened as they were the worst thing I have ever tried to sleep on. I have made sure my company dont send anyone to this hotel again, on a plus side the gym was pretty clean and nice

  During a very difficult year, we truly enjoyed our 2 x Nights at the Waterside

  As 2020 has been a very challenging and difficult year for all of us we felt that it would be great to get away for a couple of nights whilst obeying all the current guidelines and restrictions which were in place at the time. We have always enjoyed our stays at The Waterside Inn and look forward to returning when possible. Our 2 nights stay in early December was absolutely brilliant, we had a lovely big family room which was very clean and very warm and a nice clean comfortable bed. We dined in the Restaurant on both evenings and could not fault the food at all. It was actually very sad to see the Hotel so quiet and the Dining Room so empty compared to all of our previous stays, but in a Year like no other it was understandable and COVID does not take a break at Christmas. I found the last review by a person named Joe rather bewildering to say the least and personally if he only wished to have a (plate of chips) from the Kitchen then he would have been better having a Take Away from the abundance of take away premises in Peterhead. The Bar was also Closed when we stayed so very strange how the Hotel could be (full of drunken workers) unless they had purchased their own alcohol for their own consumption and were drinking in their own rooms!! Judge for yourself when reading Negative comments. We were certainly very happy with our stay and it also represented excellent value for money and all the Staff that we encountered were very upbeat, passionate and were working tirelessly during a very difficult time, so they deserve to be applauded.
