  Don't be deceived...

  It's a beautiful hotel... nothing like other "Amish country" offerings. Beauty is only skin deep though. While fantastic having a pool, hot tub and nice patio... other items leave it sorely lacking. While there our bathroom had NO electricity for my wife to get ready with her hairdryer, curling iron, etc. We mentioned it to the front desk after our first evening and they said maintenance would take a look. That was the last we heard about it. It was never fixed, no note left, no offer of moving us, no offer of a discount. Secondly, the walls are paper thin. Pack ear plugs if you're a light sleeper. Kids screaming, TVs turned up, hairdryers (I guess some must work) are all like they're in your room. Lastly, mold in our shower stall. In today's age this seems like something that would be taken care of pretty easily with everyone "enhanced cleaning" but, I'll guess not at this hotel. I filled out their survey that they send out, as everyone does, after staying somewhere. I wrote, almost verbatim, my above statement and their only reply...we hope you'll come back. Huh!? What!? Why would I come back?! This is your chance to make things right in the customer's eye and you offer them nothing? I'm not looking for a handout but, we travel A LOT... and it'll be cold day in hell before I stay at this place again. Too many place that WANT your business in these difficult times to waste my money on a place that doesn't value a customer.

  Wonderful place to stay!

  Could not get our usual hotel we stay at because it was booked full. Lucky us! We decided to book our room at the Wallhouse Hotel instead. It is a beautiful new hotel, lovely design and color scheme. The rooms are very clean, comfortable and roomy. Nice breakfast with package products to comply with COVID-19. Staff friendly and helpful. The sofa I felt were comfortable just low to the floor. Balcony was nice but needs a chair to sit on. Hope to get to visit this hotel again

  Loved this place!

  It is beautiful with nice colors and rooms are wonderful. Wish we could have stayed for more than one night! Get area for visiting the Ohio Amish. Customer service is fine and breakfast even in this Covid time it is great. Would highly recommend this hotel if you want to enjoy!

  Saturday Night Stay

  We booked and stayed in the 2 Queen Bed, 1 Bedroom suite. The exterior of the hotel is beautiful, with plenty of space to enjoy the outside air. The common areas also have a very modern clean feel! The room was huge and had plenty of room for 4 adults to feel comfortable and space to store all the goodies that you accumulate in the shops. The only downfall was in the bathroom, where there was a discoloration in the grout lines in the shower. Overall a nice hotel to stay for the night after visiting Amish Country!

  Hands Down, Cleanest Hotel In A Long Time!

  Great Job Housecleaning. We commented a couple times on the cleanliness of the hotel. It is very modern and we will stay here again. Rooms are large and set up well. We had a King room. It had a small fridge and microwave with 2 seats at a raised counter. PERFECT! It is exactly what it looks like on the website. We enjoy Amish country but like modern rooms at the end of the day.
