    Great location!few mins walk from train stations, restaurants and dotonbori centre. Reasonable size room. Really enjoyed our stay. We had problem with their Wifi, just not working at all..lucky for us our phone was roaming.

    Terrible

    The location is central and within 10 minutes walking distance from the nearest metro stations. It is along one of the side streets with many late night shops, street foods, bars. So if youre looking for a quiet place to rest then this is not the place for you. In fact the hotel has a terrace bar on the 7th floor which can be heard (both the noise and vibration) from the 6th floor. Yes it is a love hotel and they will charge you per 30 minutes of late check out, presumed to allow space for day guests. So from that point of view then this hotel is not suitable for family with young children, expect bumping into certain professionals in the elevator at night. Our first room was on the 2nd floor, it ranked of stale cigarette smell. I immediately asked for a change of room and was given one on the 6th floor, the air was fresh but with the compromise of noise from the terrace bar and the street. The bathroom has very strong smell of male deodorant which is too overpowering for me, so we keep the doors wide open as there is no window to air it out! Osaka is a big city so space is premium. We get decent queen size bed with good quality mattress and clean sheets. There is hardly any space for luggage for 2 people, even without the suitcase opened. There is a big bath tube though! I guess the priority is different here. The carpet is old/thin/needs cleaning/replacing. The wall paint is peeling in various places. So far I have not experienced problems with the Wi-Fi as other guests have commented, perhaps this is fixed. I noticed each floor has its own Wi-Fi network so I login to the corresponding floor Im at. The other problems with the hotel far superseded this and made me decide to write review as I was still staying in the hotel!

    Average experience, not bad

    Booked a Double (non-smoking) room via Agoda. Plus points -It was about SGD$100ish (all in) so price point is definitely a plus. -Hotel room is clean, toilets are clean and spacious. -Showerhead is easy to use (unlike older hotels where you have to turn 2 knobs to adjust the ratio of hot and cold water) -Check in and check out process is fast and seamless. -They allow luggage to be stored at the premises prior to check in if you are checking in on the same day (sounds basic but i know some hotels don't allow) -Quiet neighbourhood but not too far from shopping area (about 10 mins walk if you are ok with it). The buildings are all in a grid pattern so it's pretty easy to remember where to turn. Minus point -Hotel staff wasn't the friendliest considering it is Japan. They are not rude, just straightfaced and not the most welcoming. -Room (living area) is small. The room I booked was 16sqm, which is usually a comfortable size but the toilets are spacious (it has a bathtub) so the room area is quite small. After opening 2 x 28" luggage, there is almost no floor space and we can't open the door. -Room was quite cold compared to the other 2 hotels I stayed at in Kyoto/Tokyo in the same period. But they have heater in the room so not much of issue. Overall not a bad stay but I would probably try another hotel closer to train/subway if I were to visit Osaka again.

    Good. There is better out There

    Stayed 1 night. Beds hard to sleep in as they are hard. Elevator slow as it stops at level 2 all the time. Service good. You get water. This is a bare bones hotel. Ended up staying next door at dormy. They have onsen and great service. Price very similar.
