  Beach wedding

  My family rented a 3 bdrm here and it was gorgeous!!! Located right above shopping and restaurants and bike rentals. We ate at the brick oven pizza place and it was the best pizza!!! The tram drops you off at the beach. Great Sundry store with plenty to choose from. Bought wedding gifts at one of the stores which was very convenient! The room was beautiful. Room E302. The staff kept our groom cake in the fridge for us until the wedding. Very helpful staff.

  Great place For vacation

  We just stayed at a three bedroom condo here at the Village of South Walton and this place is awesome with all the pools and restaurants available and such a family place. We stayed at a very nice condo in the third floor

  Inlet Beach is amazing

  The location is everything about this property. Its puts you in the center of everything that is 30a. The activities like arts shows, farmers market, bike rentals, and beaches that might be some of the best in the world. The food is everywhere to eat and relax to enjoy the area.

  Village of South Walton

  I stayed here recently with my 16 year old daughter and a friend and had an amazing time. It has the best location, everything you need is right here! Pizza by the Sea in the village is awesome too! There was live music every night which was an added bonus.

  Wedding trip.

  My wife and I stayed at the Villages of South Walton recently and had a miserable experience. We arrived on Friday evening after a long ride from Atlanta and were assigned a studio unit in B building. I knew things were not right when the hall door failed to close. Our unit came with a loose TP holder and loose toilet seat, loose paint around the shower head tube, a couch with a badly stained cover and pillows, a 1/2" gap under the door to the hallway and blind adjusters that did not function. We contacted the service number and were told that we could visit the office in the morning to check on another unit. We were awakened early (6:00 am?) on Saturday by a trash truck with a very load back-up alarm. We went to the office, stated our case and were told we could move to another unit in B building. The second unit was in much better physical shape but as the temperature dropped in the afternoon we noticed that the heat pump had failed and was only putting out cold air. We were given the option to move again to another unit in B building later in the afternoon. Our new unit also came with a gap under the front door (is this a trend in B building?), no closet to hang our cloths, a gritty- sandy bathroom floor (including a fairly large piece of glass my wife stepped on) and some sort of vermin in the building eves above the bed that had a party both of our remaining nights. So much for restful sleep. All this for a total price of $428.00. Wyndham has offered to refund me $110.00 which they say is a 40% discount. Its been a while since i was in school, but maybe math works differently in FL. Never again!
