Lovely family owned BNBThis is a pretty and friendly helpful place to stay in Bangkok near Chinatown. The family son who runs things answered the phone and was very accommodating when we were late from airport. The rooms are quaint and comfortable, at least our top floor was with a cute balcony although not a particularly beautiful view. Be ready for narrow stairs but if you can handle that it is a great place to stay. Breakfast was good and close to metro station where people were also helpful.

Clean, great location and charming peopleWe stayed here at our arrival for a one month stay in the area (mostly Myanmar). We two nights, flew out to Myanmar and then returned back for three nights before our flight home. The people here were easy to deal with, charming and gracious. The main reception desk person speaks pretty good English. The other two people who mostly run the place have limited English but are very nice and cordial and lovely. The room was spic and span with good wifi and good ac. Separate shower with reasonably hot/warm water. The bed and room were made up each room very nicely. The breakfasts were good and the coffee was TERRIFIC! If you like coffee (and I do and I like it served hot, freshly brewed, drip filter), you will love the coffee here. They do espresso-americanos brewed/done by order every morning. Honestly, I think that was why I re-booked. Good coffee is not easy to locate in Chinatown and it's a rarity over in Yangon. They freely give you as many brewed americanos as you request and are spot-on with their coffee making skills. The breakfasts were all good but I preferred the vegetarian. One morning it was stir-fried eggs with a cabbage/vegetable stir fry over rice. Another was stir fry baby bok choy over rice. Delicious. The "English" breakfast included fried eggs with a sausage but honestly, who goes to Bangkok for the sausage? I would lean towards what they do best - veges with eggs. One day we had a noodle soup which was fantasic (that was the vegetarian version as well). People are very nice and they arranged my pick up and drop offs at the airport which I appreciated. Believe me, after a 25 hour flight / holdover time from the US to Bangkok you really really appreicate a sign with your name. They arranged it and it was seamless. Really enjoyed my stay here and would absolutely stay again for our next visit to the area. Mini fridge in the room with freshly stocked spring water daily. About a 2 block walk to the subway. Located in China-town.

Most charming and lovelyWe arrived after a long flight with 2 kids and this B&B was all we where hoping for. A charming oasis in this fascinating city. Furnished and decorated with lots of love and care, and a super friendly owner. We had the balcony room on the top floor, but he let us use the room next to it as well with no extra charge. The balcony is soooo pretty, with so many different orchids, tiny ponds with fish and lotus flowers. Great view as well and rocking chair. Location is great, Chinatown is so interesting, full of great street food and tiny metal shops, and the world famous Golden Buddha is around the corner. The breakfast is wonderful, too, freshly cooked Asian style. And home made blue flower juice! I keep dreaming about coming back and sit in that balcony oasis... All the best to the staff! Thank you so much, We hope to be back one day : )

We loved every minute and would definitely return LOVE LOVE LOVERight from the moment, we arrived everything was perfect, our room was wonderful the balcony was an added bonus, the room was filled with fresh flowers and a bottle of fizz in the fridge as we were on our honeymoon... The room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable. We had a Thai breakfast every day it was delicious and different every morning, the staff were all very kind and attentive. The location was perfect only a short walk to the entrance of China Town.

Awesome room with balcony!First of all the Hotel and our room was completely clean and very sweet decorated. I would say that this hotel was the best choice we can make in our complete trip through Thailand. The owner is very gentle and supported us in his best way. Highly recommended place!
