  Great family accommodation.

  Stayed with my husband and 2 children for 1 night. Family room was immaculately clean and comfortable. Breakfast was really good. Located in an ideal position for exploring Blackpool. The hosts were welcoming and friendly, hope to visit again next year.

  Just want to Thank you to Lesley and Kevin for a lovely holiday stayed for 3 nights and havent felt so welcomed before. Stayed in a family room and Lesley took the time to accommodate to us as we had 2 little ones which needed 2 travel cost and 2 older ones in the bed was immaculate. Very very helpful and if she could do more she would loved our stay and am glad we picked your hotel. Breakfast was delicious and again accumulated for all of us Thank you you so very much again for having us. Would highly recommend

  Thank you for a wonderful, welcoming stay. Such a comfortable, clean room and friendly welcome despite arriving so late from the travelling. Breakfast was great. Lovely homely place to stay with an amazing couple. Will definitely be staying again in the future.

  Brilliant little Bed and breakfast

  Everything about our stay was fab, and exceeded all expectations. Lesley very kindly put a birthday cake, banners and balloon in our room for my daughters birthday which went down a treat. We were made to feel very welcome, Lesley and Kevin are wonderful hosts. The room was a great size with 2 double beds, a little sink and chair, and a small but very adequate shower / toilet. Location was brilliant, right in middle between tower and pleasurebeach. Breakfast was lovely and plenty choice. 2 car parks within seconds of hotel which were unfortunately both full as we arrived on a Saturday but phoned the hotel and Kevin directed us to another one just a few minutes walk away where we got parked easily. By Sunday the other car parks had emptied so we moved the car closer to the hotel. I would recommend this b&b to anyone going to Blackpool for a few nights and wouldnt hesitate in staying here again if we come back.

  Was here as a family of four for 1 night 1/8/2020, the hosts are so welcoming and friendly the room was nice and clean and the beds were very comfy, the breakfast was very nice aswell. I will definitely be booking this place on my next visit to Blackpool.
