    Una porquería

    El hotel muy lindo y limpio. Lo califico como malo porque al momento de cobrar te cobran lo que quieren y no te dan explicaciones. Mandas mail y no responden, llamas por teléfono y se lavan las manos. Como te pueden cobrar de mas y no darte explicaciones ni la factura detallada para que sepas lo que estas pagando? NO SE HOSPEDEN ACA.

    Room was great and everything else not so much

    I was excited to stay here but quickly went away. They have no signs explaining where you should park but I would advise not to use the parking garage (very creepy. I parked across the street but parking was $25 for 24 hours which they do not tell you when looking for a hotel. Staff seemed friendly. Use of the elevator is not fun as they don't explain to you how it only works with your room card which the digital key doesn't work anywhere but your room. I was going to head to my room and I entered the elevator with another person and she quickly made weird noises and shoed me out of the elevator and the hotel staff who was right there said nothing to defend me as a paying guest. I had to wait for the next one. Found out she works at the rooftop bar. Extremely rude. Went to the rooftop bar for some food and had a cheeseburger and 1 drink and my bill was $43. Out of all the Hilton properties I have stayed at, this was my worst experience.

    very dirty hotel -GM

    The sheets and pillow had hair on the base of the bed bottom sheet, hair on the bathroom floor. When we made reservation the person said we have taken extra measures to have a sanitized / clean room hotel "Hilton " is lying . Spoke with desk agent for GM he never responded Cleary the leadership is the problem.

    Nice Hotel

    Just checked out of this hotel. Everything was great. Checked in though my Hiltons App and being that I am a Dimond Member, I was upgraded to a suite. The rooms was great. Everyone was polite that I interacted with but that is limited due to Covid. But that's everywhere now. Don't forget to check out the rooftop restaurant and bar. The drinks and the views are amazing.

    YES BOOK IT

    I've never been to New Orleans and I can not speak for all the other hotels. But this is a very hotel friendly environment and you will find great deals. THAT SAID. With Covid, there is a parking lot directly across the street for $25/ night. I was assured by the front desk it was safe. I believed him. I've had no issues and you can easily pay on the app. I can see my car from the window. I can walk across two lanes of traffic and be at my car. SUPER clean room. SUPER quiet. Fun rooftop bar with a great view. And the staff is very nice. I wish I got their names to shout them out, but the morning and evening shift peeps were awesome. BOOK THIS. You will feel very safe. A block from the streetcar line. Great food court next door. I would love to come back here again.
