  Wonderful stay

  My husband and I stayed here for 2 weeks In April as part of our Thailand travels and what a wonderful stay. The room is vey modern, bright and spacious with a lovely like kitchenette. The pools and gym facilities were fantastic the room we stayed in was overlooking the pool and was lovely to wake up to every morning. The lady who cleaned our room each day was just the nicest, she always let us know when she would be back the next day. She went above and beyond and purchased endless water for us and coffee, she also topped up the shampoo, conditioner and shower gel each day and was more than happy to do anything for us, we would love to thank her for that. Overall our stay was 10/10 and we would be delighted to visit here again.

  Hotel fine, surroundings terrible

  Set at a reasonable price, the hotel had the amenities we needed and we were happy to stay at The Title. Our room was clean, had quiet A/C and a quality bed. As long as you stay inside the resort, you'll be fine. The air is quite clean, there are a few swimming pools and so on. However, the hotel is located on the main road connecting the east and the west of Phuket island, making the area very busy and polluted. To make things worse, there's a parking lot right next to the hotel, with many busses idling diesel fumes into the air all day long. The beach next to The Title (Rawai Beach) is a working beach. This is were a lot of speed boats take hundreds of tourists to the surrounding islands on sightseeing trips every day. The beach is quite dirty. Not a place that you want to hang out or go swimming. In general Phuket has become very busy with traffic jams and thick diesel pollution every day. We wouldn't really recommend going there for a paradise beach vacation, but on the other hand the place is quite real and in it's own way authentic and you'll be able to study the many russian and chinese tourists up close, you might find that interesting.

  Lexus to the beach

  I came to Phuket with my Lexus colleges. How marvelous Title KR Beach Condo!!!! There service are the best. Room and facilities are very clean. Staffs are so nice and very welcome. Swimming pool is so nice with the small mountain. If you like cozy place quiet, I do recommend here

  What a surprise!

  I just returned from scuba diving training in Phuket. I stayed at this wonderful property. I would even consider buying one of the Condos as I think I would not want to stay anywhere else in Phuket. The room was bright and comfortable. The staff were outstanding.

  Great !

  We were staying in the KR Condotel for two weeks. It was perfect, a clean and well looked after room with everything we needed and a nice little balcony. Wifi worked great, important for us.The staff was very helpful and friendly and the complimentary bread, tea, coffee and more plus 2 bottles of water a day a nice touch. Housekeeping was very good and we couldn't have asked for more. The pool was very clean and very much needed after our days out. The location was ok to explore as there were taxis, buses etc to get you around. The main road gets fairly busy but as soon as you get back into the condotel complex it is nice and quiet. We would definitely return to the Title KR.
