    Cotswolds Way

    What a friendly group of staff, there were 7 in our party, we stayed and had dinner and breakfast, Laura and the staff were amazing, they made us feel very welcome and couldnt do enough. Rooms have been recently refurbished and were good value.

    Good place to stay along Cotswold Way

    I stayed here on an Eat Out To Help Out night, so the restaurant was packed, but that was a good sign that the locals like this place as there are plenty of other places to eat out in Wotton. My meal was perfectly tasty, if nothing spectacular. The real ale selection was okay, but there are plenty of pubs nearby which I could have checked out if I had had any energy left after a hard days walking. Room was very clean and bed very comfy. Only downside was that the room was rather warm for sleeping, perhaps because it was on a top floor.

    Brilliant time

    Just had our second stay at The Swan Hotel since lockdown. Food has been excellent. Had their Sunday Roast yesterday. The Breakfast this morning was superb. Last time in August it was a limited option, but today back to normal. Breakfast included egg, bacon, sausage, baked beans, mushroom, tomato, black pudding and toast. They are COVID aware and are practising COVID precautions. Highly recommended. Great base is going to The Falcon Steakhouse and want somewhere to stay.

    It was busy Wednesday lunch time

    Went for lunch and was pleasantly surprised, food was delicious. The restaurant was very busy, a good sign that the food is good. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the tables were spaced well apart.

    Highly recommended, COVID safe, dog friendly hotel

    Recently stayed with my little Jack Russell and was made to feel very welcome. Room itself was very basic but very clean. Bathroom was really nice and modern with an excellent shower. Breakfast was excellent quality all 3 mornings although it did take me 10 minutes on Tuesday morning to get someone's attention to seat me. This was my only minor negative in an otherwise thoroughly enjoyable stay, highly recommended if you're visiting the area.
