  Sunshine at Sunway

  This is a contemporary hotel with a traditional ambiance. People at the reception were very friendly and thoughtful. Room is large and spacious. It addresses all business travelers requirements. Food is also tasty and good. It is the plumbing fixtures that they need to focus a little more - polishing would help.

  Had a great stay in Sunday Manor. Good location, great staff team, neat and clean, good gym and indoor games and delicious breakfast and other meals. They arranged nice transport for city tours and airport drop.

  Unclean room and dirty sheets, pillows and towels

  The pictures on this hotel are deceiving. My room i checked into did not seem like it was cleaned. The sheets and pillows were dirty and old, did not look like they were changed for a while, the bed head had a lot of hairs on it, some even looks like pubic hair. The mugs had coffee stains, the furniture was old, the white towels were actually brown in color dirty and old. I checked in and immediately wanted to go out which we did and the entire meal we spoke about how unclean the room looked. The toilet was smelly and the tub was very dirty. We got back to the hotel and immediately checked out. The hotel was not willing to give us a refund even though i showed them the pictures and explained to them how dirty it looked. They offered us another room but when i checked in the reception told me that my room was an upgrade to an executive suite. I told them that if this was the executive suite i did not want to see how bad a lower level room was. We left the hotel knowing that we may need to drive back to chennai if we could not find another hotel given that it was a saturday evening. The thought of sleeping in the room was definitely out of the question. Bookings.com the pictures of the hotel needs to be updated. Any positive comments of this hotel is probable written by the owners or staff.

  Very good stay

  We came out for a weekend stay after long time. Due to lockdown we couldnt go anywhere. So we came to Sunway as we came here before. We were very concerned about the cleaning after covid . But in sunway we they have been following those terms of cleaning. We stayed just one night. A la cart restayrant & room service only available. Swimming pool / gym isn't available due to covid itseems . Overall it was a nice stay.

  Nice visit

  I stay often in the property. They have an amazing team from the front desk to the restaurants and house keeping. The hotel is doing a very good work considering low occupancy due to current pandemic and ensure they manage their costs of operations and also service the guest with least inconvenience. We stayed for 4 days and it was very comfortable. The food is good. The check in and check out is hassle free. They have only few rooms operational due to current situation. All of then are single bed. They should open some twin bed rooms also. The hotel is always clean. Beds are well done. Applaud to the team at Sunway.
