  Ok, But...

  Location good, can go to Doi Sutep in 30mins , can walk to7/11 next to hotel for 4mins. The hotel look old but good maintanace with room, 2 things that would like to share noicy from out side.you can hear the airplan or frogy even we stay on 5th floor.one more is aircon didnt cold. - Car park are provided - Breakfast is buffet but not variety. In 10 to recommend : 6

  Good location spacious rooms

  The hotel is close to Maya and other sightseeing. Staff is good. Rooms are huge. You get a full living room kinda space, humongous bed, and lots of closets and racks. Bathroom is good size too. Cleanliness is ok. Breakfast when they are fully busy is buffet and when not you order on the spot. Coffee is instant vs machine. Would stay there again.

  NEVER AGAIN !

  I booked this hotel at least one month in advance and requested a double bed but got two singles. The room had an electric jug but no coffee/tea. The room was clean but the balcony was dirty. Not even a disposeable pair of slippers available. Only one pillow per bed. There were only 3 wire coat hangers in the wardrobe. No room service but i did find what looked like a menu only to find that it was in fact a detailed list of FINES for damage to room items ( with fines up to 2000bht) along with the price of 50bht/bottle for the two small bottles of water (about 8x the 7/11 price) normally complementary in all hotels i have stayed in. There was a cockeroach in the bathroom ( I was surprised to see it was not on the Fines List as everything else was). And if all that was not bad enough, the hotel is situated right under the airport take off flight path, there was constant aircraft noise from 7am to midnight ! The hotel is on a busy road with constant traffic noise competing with the aircraft. No double glazing on windows so we found it impossible to sleep until after the flights stoped and the traffic died down after mid night till 7am. I booked and paid in advance for 3 nights but checked out after the first night. Thats how bad it is. Dont be mislead by the enterance and lobby decor which is quite nice, all the rest is 2 star at best regardless of location. Needless to say I wont be back.

  Just OK

  Stayed two nights on the 2nd floor. There are no elevators so must carry luggage up. Room only had 2 power outlets. Breakfast was just adequate. We had a quiet stay and the air conditioning was good. Probably would look for something better next time.

  Atttactive, awesome and amazing!!!

  It's a nice hotel with free sumptuous meals for breakfast. Its ambience is relaxing; it has a good view and the facilities are clean. The receptionists/staff are very courteous, helpful and responsive.
